Easter Monday Special - Welcome to the First Day of Your Life!

Supposing you could start your life anew, right from where you are? It's never too late to have a fresh start. If you're willing to let go of yesterday's disappointments and free yourself from the valley of regrets, you can free your mind and your eyes to focus on a brighter more enriched life.

Here are 3 questions to get you started.

Question #1 - What would you do differently?

Look at your current experiences, what would you do differently that would give you different results? This could be different action steps you'd take or how you'd think differently about your situation. Look for ways to begin to do this today. Just don't think about and continue on in the old patterns but truly move forward in acting out your desire.

Question #2 - What would you change?

What would you like to change right now? You know that you are not limited by your circumstances. So look beyond the 'I can't' to the 'I can' and expect what you need to manifest itself to help you realize this change.

Question #3 - What would you begin to do?

What have you been putting off? What do you wish you could have started? Make a firm decision to implement action steps to do what you've always wanted to get done but never thought you could. In this determined mindset, doors will begin to open for you.

You can break this exercise down into different areas of your life - relationship, social, career etc. - and ask the same 3 questions in each area.

Decide what's most important to you and make your decisions based on importance. Choose to live your life fully and not with regrets - I wish I had done this or I wish I could have done that. Go for it. What do you have to lose?

  2. You're welcome Tracey. Whenever we have an inspired idea to take a specific action and we take that action we get successful results. Thinking is one part but we need to back it up with our action steps when necessary to move us forward toward our goal.
