The 11 Forgotten Laws - 3 Steps to Subconscious Reprogramming using the Law of Thinking to Manifesting Desires - Part 2

Now that you understand why you're getting the results you've been getting, it's time to get into how to reprogram the internal programming - the subconscious - using the Law of Thinking to manifesting your desires.

1. Change your perspective

Don't do: Your present way of looking at things does not serve you and take you closer to your goal. Most people look at the results they're having and respond to the effects e.g. becoming fearful, anxious, worried, frustrated, depressed etc. As they're focused on these results, they're attracting more of the same circumstances, events and conditions to them. As they're feeling the emotions of their current results, they fuelling these conditions even more which causes a repetition of their results over and over again.

Do Instead: Stop looking at your results as they are. Your results are the fruit of the seed thoughts first planted in your subconscious, whether by you or others, consciously or unconsciously, which became a part of your belief system. Shift your thoughts to seeing your situation as you desire them to be, speaking of them as you desire them to be and begin to act out what you desire them to be.

2) Change the seeds

Your thoughts are like seeds. When you see your present situation, shift your thoughts to what you desire and fuel those thoughts with your emotions. Nurture these new thought seeds daily E.g. if your relationship or health is not where you want it to be, instead of looking at your current relationship and complaining about it, fuelling it with your emotions of frustration and anger, shift your thoughts to what you'd like it to be.

See yourself experiencing love and joy in your relationship. See yourself experiencing more energy and living a healthy lifestyle. As you do this, allow yourself to feel the emotions of having that desire which will fuel your thoughts and attract to you the circumstances and conditions that will manifest your desire.

3) Activate the Law of Thinking

Because you now know that thoughts attract like thoughts, begin to think of daily ways in which you'd like to experience your life. As you engage in this activity other ideas will come to you. Put your intention out by consciously stating what you desire. Books will show up that contain the information you need. An email will come in your inbox with the exact thing you desire. A friend will call you giving you the information you need. You see how it's all coming together?

Whenever you're tempted to go back to the old way of thinking by focusing on the results and complaining about it, shift your thoughts back to what it is you desire.

The Law of Thinking is only one of the 11 forgotten laws which complete the Law of Attraction. If you want to know more about these other 11 laws click on the link below and get access to your free teleseminar which gives you more information at

The 11 Forgotten Laws - Manifesting Desires using the Law of Thinking - Part 1

The law of thinking states that you attract what you think about and what you focus on. This state of thinking creates our physical reality whether we are aware of it or not. You've activated the creative process. The original thought attracts like thoughts and thoughts built upon thoughts lead to actions which create circumstances, events and people which manifest that which we've been thinking of.

The law of gravity works every time, what goes up must come down, whether or not we're aware of this fact. Similarly, the law of thinking works every time, whether or not we are aware of its effects. These laws were put in place for our benefit but when we violate these laws we suffer the consequences. The laws work every time whether you are a child or an adult. It does not discriminate. That's why as parents we protect our young children because they don't yet understand the laws of gravity.

Our thoughts work with specific universal laws and we must understand these laws and work within them to benefit from them.

Thought is energy and we can direct that energy, much like electricity, to use in the direction of manifesting desires. We've set up electricity in a way that is useful in our everyday lives, i.e. to use the vacuum to clean the house or the stove to cook our food. We've created these household equipments to intentionally and constructively direct this energy of electricity for our purposes.

We can also direct this powerful energy of thought in the direction of manifesting desires in our lives through the 'equipment' we desire to use depending on what we want to accomplish, i.e. directing our thought energy into getting the job we desire or establish a business to enhance our financial status. We can also direct energy for good or for bad.

You are where you are now because of the thoughts you've been thinking and the beliefs which sustained those thoughts. You get the results you're having in your life, good or bad, because of the way you're thinking.

Many of us have not been taught to think correctly from our parents, teachers and society and therefore we've adopted thinking patterns belonging to the 'status quo' which usually produces the same results of the majority of people in our world. These thinking patterns for the most part are usually negative self-defeating thought generated ideas.

We've been programmed to look at our situation and if you don't like what you see, you start by changing the results which in most cases results in us going back to our old habitual way of doing stuff.

Why? Because you're trying to change the effects and not what caused the effects in the first place. And that cause is in our internal program forming our habitual lifestyle. For example, if you trying to cut down an apple tree and not remove the roots it will shoot up again eventually sprouting new shoots. But if you want to completely remove it so you begin to have oranges, you'd need to uproot the apple tree and sow orange seeds so you can have an orange harvest.

Similarly, if you want different results, you've got to go to the internal programming in your subconscious mind and uproot the beliefs that no longer serve you or that are causing blockages and holding you back from manifesting your desires.

So, how do you go about changing the internal programming and then your results using the law of thinking to manifesting desires?

We'll cover this tomorrow in Part 2.

The Law of Thinking is only one of the 11 forgotten laws which complete the Law of Attraction. If you want to know more about these other 11 laws click on the link below and get access to your free teleseminar which gives you more information at

It's Up To Me

I get discouraged now and then
When there are clouds of gray,
Until I think about the things
That happened yesterday,
I do not mean the day before
Or those of months ago,
But all the yesterdays in which
I had the chance to grow.
I think of opportunities
That I allowed to die,
And those I took advantage of
Before they passed me by.
And I remember that the past
Presented quite a plight,
But somehow I endured it and
The future seemed all right.
And I remind myself that I
Am capable and free,
And my success and happiness
Are really up to me.

by James J. Metcalfe - excerpt taken from Bob Proctor's, You Were Born Rich - Chapter 3 - The Image Maker - http://www.bobproctordownloads.com/BornRichBook.pdf

You can create your life in whatever way you choose. The question is, "What will you choose?" Here's another, "Did you know that you CAN choose?"

Determine now that you will take the time to design our life. You can you know.

1. See the image of your ideal life in your mind's eyes.
2. Once you become clear on your image begin to take steps toward living your image.
3. Keep pressing forward until you realize your dream regardless of what comes your way.
4. Believe that you can and you will.

Happy Father's Day - Let's Honour Dads Today!

Dads are special. This article draws our attention to the Dads in our lives. I wrote this last Father's Day and feel that it's worth sharing again.

Dads should be given and shown more respect so they know they have a worthy place in the lives of their children. It's time we see the light in them that they too may begin to believe in their own light.

Getting My Body Back Friday - Time for Show and Tell

Okay, it's time to show and tell my progress since I started this getting my body back journey.

Drum rolls pleeease!

This one was taken in April of 2009, 3 months after Roxella's birth.

Almost a year later, February 27, 2010

This was taken 2 days ago.

I'm energized - playing more with my children, going for bike rides, running, weight training and I'm having fun. I'm not keeping my schedule too rigid, nor am I so focused on weight loss. My focus is on being strong, healthy and having fun and in the process I'm loving me and enjoying the journey.

And the weight? It's coming off one day at a time. This time, it stays off! I'm allowing my body to gradually adjust to each new stage and size. I still have a ways to go, but I'm not stressing over it like before. When I find myself getting into stress zone, I shift my thinking and my emotions back to be appreciative of what I've already accomplished. My family's my strong support and really encourage me forward.

Whatever stage you are in your getting your body back journey, keep pressin' forward. You'll reach the finish line.

You're One of a Kind - Did you Know?

Whenever you feel insignificant, like you don't matter, read the poem below and choose to believe different. You, with your unique style, elegance and flare have been put on this planet, in this era, with your talents and personality to fill the earth with your intricate beauty and radiance.

You are not a duplicate of another. You have been uniquely designed. Square your shoulders, lift your head and walk in confidence knowing that you have a right to be here and what you have to contribute is irreplaceable.

One and Only You

Every single blade of grass,
And every flake of snow -
Is just a wee bit different...
There's no two alike, you know.

From something small,
Like grains of sand,
To each gigantic star
All were made with THIS in mind:
To be just what they are!

How foolish then, to imitate-
How useless to pretend!
Since each of us comes from MIND
Whose ideas never end.

There'll only be just ONE of ME.
To show what I can do -
And you should likewise feel very proud,
There's only ONE of YOU.

That is where it all starts
With you, a wonderful unlimited human being.

Giving - The Secret to Abundance

The secret to abundance in any area of your life - whether health, relationship, finances - is in giving. When we sow seeds of goodness every day, they will grow with us and manifest in our future. Whatever area you feel impoverished in, enrich your life by giving and see your life overflow with beauty.

This poem of giving comes from Arthur William Beer, excerpt taken from 'You Were Born Rich' by Bob Proctor.

To get he had tried, yet his store was still meager.
To a wise man he cried, in a voice keen and eager;
Pray tell me how I may successfully live?
And the wise man replied, "To get you must give."

As to giving he said, "What have I to give?"
I've scarce enough bread, and of course one must live;
But I would partake of Life's bountiful store.
Came the wise man's response; "Then you must give more."

The lesson he learned; to get was forgotten,
Toward mankind he turned with a love new begotten.
As he gave of himself in useful living,
Then joy crowned his days, for he grew rich in giving.

Action Thursday - Master Key System Affirmation

Taken from The Master Key System

Affirmations – Read daily with emotions. Live the spirit of these things until they become your own.

I am tapping the great Cosmic Intelligence and attracting from it that which corresponds to my ambitions and aspirations.

I know and understand the spiritual power of the cosmos and how to use it both constructively and creatively.

I follow the process and first create in thought the things and conditions I desire to become realities.

I have a greater, better personality, and I’m equipped with a new power to achieve any worthy personal purpose and a new ability to enjoy life’s beauty and wonder.

Possibilities are now unfolding in me and are being brought into powerful action to increase my effective capacity, bringing added energy, discernment, vigor and mental elasticity.

I now possess the ability to secure results hitherto undreamed of, and which has rewards hardly to be expressed in words.

I understand the correct use of both the receptive and active elements of the mental nature, and I now recognize opportunity as it comes to me.

My will and reasoning powers are now strengthened. I now understand how to cultivate and best use my imagination, desire, emotions and intuitional faculty.

I have initiative, tenacity of purpose, wisdom of choice, intelligent sympathy and a thorough enjoyment of life on its higher planes.

I now understand the use of true Mind Power.

My understanding is now cultivated and developed which will enable me to control my body and thereby my health. My memory is now improved and strengthened.

I have Insight, the kind of insight which is so rare. I have in me the kind of insight which is the distinguishing characteristic of every successful business man or woman, the kind which enables me to see the possibilities as well as the difficulties in every situation, the kind which enables me to discern opportunity close at hand.

I have Mental Power which means that others instinctively recognize that I am a person of force, of character – that they want to do what I want them to do; it means that I attract men, women and things to me; that I am what some people call “lucky”, that “things come my way” and that I have come into an understanding of the fundamental laws of Nature, and have put myself in harmony with them; that I am in tune with Infinite; that I understand the law of attraction, the Natural laws of growth, and the Psychological laws on which all advantages in the social and business world rest.

I have insight and sagacity, increased independence, the ability and disposition to be helpful. All distrust, depression, fear, melancholia, and every form of lack limitation and weakness, including pain and disease are released from me. Buried talents, initiative, force, energy and vitality are now awakened in me. Appreciation of the beautiful in Art, Literature and Science are now awakened in me.

How to Forgive Yourself of Past Mistakes and Live a Fulfilled Life

Many times when we refer to forgiveness we think in terms of forgiving others for the wrong they've done. What about ourselves? At times we may be harder on ourselves and even deny forgiveness from the one who needs it the most - You!

Why would I need to forgive myself?

We often overlook the things we say to ourselves which impact our lives in a very negative way. Remember those words, "I'm so stupid," or "I'm so dumb," or "If only I were prettier." The assaults that we unleash on our own self-esteem express themselves through many symptoms in our bodies.

Forgiveness of oneself begins when we release ourselves from our past mistakes. When we say, "Know what? That's in the past, I forgive you and it's time to move on. It's time to put the past behind me, let it go and create for myself a beautiful future by the thoughts I choose to think of today. I look at myself through the eyes of beauty and not through the fogged mirror of past failures, disappointments and hurts."

Decide right now to treat yourself as your best friend - with respect and honour. For as you think kindly and highly for you, you will begin to think kindly and highly of others as well. As you forgive yourself, you'll find it easier to forgive others and your life will become enriched as you release the negative debris which hinders the free flow of goodness from flowing through your life.

Forgive

Need to forgive someone today? The past holding you back from moving on? Forgive! Let it go and be free to fly.

That slight misdeed of yesterday, why should it mar today?
The thing he said, the thing you did, have long since passed away;
For yesterday was but a trial; today you will succeed,
And from mistakes of yesterday will come some noble deed.

Forgive yourself for thoughtlessness, do not condemn the past;
For it is gone with its mistakes; their mem'ry cannot last;
Forget the failures and misdeed, from such experience rise,
Why would you let your head be bowed?
Lift up your heart and eyes!"

Let us not look back in anger nor forward in fear but around us in awareness. - Leland Val Van De Wall

Getting my body back Friday - A Clean Diet for Permanent Weight Loss!

I found this really great resource by Kathryn Martyn that dives deeper into the do's and don'ts of a clean diet for permanent weight loss.

There's so much information on what to do to lose weight and many of it does not spell F-U-N. I think this is a very realistic natural way to live your life and still enjoy the benefits of a healthier body. I totally agree with taking it one step at a time and making the small adjustments to getting to your ideal weight. These small adjustments are essential to permanent weight loss and eliminate frustration in the process.

If it ain't fun, why bother? Here's the article and follow the link to read the rest of it. It's worth reading every word.

Getting Started on The Clean Diet

If you want to lose some weight then following a healthy eating plan is a good start, but allowing someone else to dictate exactly what, when and how much you can eat is crazy making. Guidance is good but ultimately you must learn to make better choices in your eating which leads to your gaining the ability to maintain your new shape after the weight has been lost. The Clean Diet is the answer.

What is the Clean Diet?

The Clean Diet means different things to different people. My version is less strict than some because frankly I'm not a competitive body builder and I don't have a modeling contract. Unless you must maintain a specific body weight (as actors sometimes do for instance), you probably are of the same mind as I; that being, I want to lead a basically normal life. Eating out sometimes, enjoying parties sometimes, and generally not feeling like I have to "watch what I eat" or suffer the consequences. The way I eat is sometimes called the non-dieting approach because I don't diet, but I do pay attention. That's what the Clean Diet means: paying attention to what you're eating.

What Can I Eat on The Clean Diet?

Vegetables: Enjoy unlimited raw, steam, baked. Go for it. I don't know anyone who got fat because they ate too many vegetables and that includes carrots, beans, corn and potatoes. Unless you are allergic, there is no reason to shun fresh vegetables. Yes they contain carbohydrates. Get over it. Wean yourself from sauces, and learn to like them without added butter or salt. Vegetables like carrots and beets for instance are very high in natural sugars (that's the point -- nature intended to give you sweet things whereby you'd WANT to eat them and would consequently get adequate Vitamin C among other things).

Action Thursday - 5 Action Steps to Nurture your Way to Success

Ready to take action to nurture your way to success in your spiritual, relationship, financial, and health life?

Follow the 5 steps and take action everyday to grow your personal garden of success.

Action step #1 - Examine the soil

Make sure the soil of your environment is healthy to encourage successful growth for the goal you're working on. Surround yourself with positive thoughts, reading and listening material and people.

Action step #2 - Check your seeds

Your thoughts are the seeds you sow into the soil of your subconscious mind which will grow and manifest in your outer world. Choose carefully and when you've chosen, nurture it everyday with your positive emotions.

Action step #3 - Regular watering

Water your desire with positive thoughts of success followed by inspired actions which is all a part of the creative process.

Action step #4 - Weed your garden

Keep an eye on your thought garden to ensure unwanted thoughts are not entering in to overrun your new garden. Pay attention to your emotions as it is your internal guidance system that let's you know if you're in a positive vibration that will encourage personal growth.

Success: Nurture your Way to Success - Part 3

Two more tips to nurture your way to success

1) Weed your garden

Consciously remove all thoughts, emotions, words and actions that try to compete with your new garden. This may seem challenging at first because you're uprooting old stubborn habits. But persistence is the key to success in anything you do. Keep at it. Soon enough you'll begin to see growth which will encourage you to keep moving forward.

2) Protect your garden

Keep out garden invaders. Caterpillars, deer, rabbit, all kinds of bug try to invade the garden to feast on the healthy foliage. A prudent gardener does his/her best to keep them out and/or eliminate them.

You too much be vigilant in protecting the garden of your mind from outside invaders that will destroy your hopes and dreams for success. Gardeners often use the companion planting method to keep out unwanted pests. For example, the gardener may plant onions among broccoli plants to protect them from garden invaders chomping on their leaves.

You can also devise a protective mechanism for keeping out the negativity which discourages you from your goal. Hang out with people who will encourage you. Find books that will motivate you. Watch videos, listen to audios, encourage yourself, pull up on past successes in other areas of your life - do whatever you can to keep you on track as you nurture your way to success.

And when your harvest comes in, you'll be overjoyed that you stuck with it. The lessons learned along the way, the growth and progress you've made on the journey it would be worth it all.

What struggles are you having nurturing your way to success? What are your garden invaders?

Success: Nurture your Way to Success - Part 2

Yesterday, we looked at examining the soil to nurture your way to success. Today, we'll look at another two more ways to reaching your success goal.

1) Check your seeds

Make sure you are planting the right seeds for the harvest you want. If you want oranges, you don't plant apple seeds. Make sure you have the right 'thought seeds'. For what you think about constantly, nurturing with your emotions daily will continue to grow.

What are you consistently thinking about? Whatever harvest you want to manifest, start with looking at what you're constantly focused on. Poverty thoughts will never bring you abundance harvest. Also, repetitive thoughts of sickness will not bring the harvest of health. Likewise, overweight and fat thoughts will not yield the fruit of being at your ideal weight. You've got to identify the harvest you want, sow the thought seeds of the results you desire in the soil of your subconscious by constant repetition.

Check your emotions. Your emotions energizes your thought seeds and they are your internal guidance system to let your know if you're on the right track in the creative process.

2) Regular watering

Everyday, water the garden of your relationship, your business, your health, your spiritual life with positive thoughts, emotions, words and deeds. Don't dig up your seeds because it seems like you're not making progress. This action will definitely ensure that you fail to create the success you desire.

Your emotions and inspired actions will provide the momentum necessary to encourage the growth process.

Watch out for Part 3 tomorrow for more Nurture your Way to Success tips.
