Saturday Tunespiration - Letting Go Of The Past

So now that we've come to the last day of 2011, we let go of the past and look onward and upward to a better year in 2012. We look to the Spirit to guide us to see the best part of ourselves; to look for the hidden gems in every situation and live a life totally enriched with the life of the Spirit flowing through us.

Your past experiences do not have to determine how your future will be. But you need to think differently in 2012 than you did this year. You need to choose different action steps in 2012 that will give you different results than you did this year. You need to let go of the things that are no longer serving you so you can move on in freedom.

The change begins in you and you can do it.

Enjoy your day and I wish you and your family a blessed 2012 and look forward to sharing more empowering strategies and steps to help you change your life from the inside out in 2012.

Life Lessons - How to Learn From Your Mistakes

Life lessons teach us to learn from our mistakes. Mistakes are part of the growth process that contains many life lessons hidden in them. How we choose to view our mistakes can make a major difference in enhancing this growth.

Out of our mistakes can come greater ideas, some of which we would never had thought of had the mistake not been made. But often times these ideas are missed because we've focused on the wrong things like, 'why did this happen to me' instead of looking for the good that the event has to offer.

We've been trained to look at our mistakes as failures. But if we were to change that and see them as part of the learning process, the training and reshape of our thinking to fit the results we truly desire, we would achieve a whole lot more in our lives.

Let's look at a practical example to shift this mindset to seeing our mistakes from a positive perspective.

Consider a baby that's learning to walk

Each attempt may result in the child falling, stumbling over or feeling of fatigue. Would you consider this as a failure? No. You see this as part of the learning process - the level of maturity of the child and the understanding of the mechanism of physical balance as well as strengthening of muscles in the legs and arms.

What else is included in this process? How about learning to make the connection between what the brain wants to do - which is to walk and actually coordinating the process of moving the hands and feet in order to facilitate this desire.

What's that child learning? All of the processes - mental and physical - to help him/her get to the final results - to walk. Because the child falls or stumbles while learning is not an indicator that the child has failed and should give up and neither should you. The child is constantly tweaking and changing the way he/she goes about practicing mental and physical steps to finally master the art of walking.

What are you learning?

Instead, look closely at what you're learning now, what you've learned from past mistakes or how you can now look at your past mistakes so you can extract the valuable life lessons they bring into your experience and personal growth.

Look at what you needed to master; whether it's your thought process, shifting your perspective - the way you see things, or change the actions you consistently take to get the results you desire. As in the example, you need to consistently be tweaking your process until you see what works to help you master whatever it is you're working on.

Change the way you see your mistakes and you'll view life from a whole new perspective and empower yourself to go beyond failure until you succeed, knowing that 'failing' is a part of the success process.

==> What can you learn from the mistakes you made in 2011 and how can you do things differently in 2012?

Do you have a plan for 2012?

I hope you had a great Christmas. Our kids had an awesome time, feeling quite satisfied with all the work they've put into making presents - our plan paid off and was most rewarding.

Now that we're winding down 2011, it's time to, not only reflect on what we accomplished this year, but also to look at what we could do differently in 2012 to achieve the goals we did not reach this year or create new ones.

What do you want 2012 to look like? Do you have a plan to make this happen or are you going to wing it as each day comes?

You see, the difference between planning and winging it is that with a plan you can see where you're going, even if you have to tweak it along the way, you have a direction, a target.

When you're winging it you just go with anything that comes, like a ship adrift on the water. You can direct your life in the way you choose.

Take the time today to reflect on this past year. Reflecting brings clarity. It causes you to take a closer look at your life; what you've done, why you feel the way you feel about things. It causes you to pay attention and become more observant to your own attitude, behaviour and habits.

Reflecting can be a very sobering experience to help you get onto the right track and on the path towards your goal.

Do the exercise...

Here are some questions you want to consider asking yourself?

What did I want to achieve in 2011?
Why didn't I achieve my goal?
What obstacles did I face and what did I do about them?
What could I have done differently?
How could I look at this situation from a different perspective?
What lessons have I learned this year?
What new plan can I put together that will get me closer to my goal?
What or who do I need to help me achieve my goal in 2012?

The true reason for the season and my Gift to you - Merry Christmas!

We're continue to ramp up the presents here. The kids are continuing to pull up their creativity and the excitement is bouncing off the walls with only less than 48 hours to go before the big day arrives.

The best part of all of this is not so much the presents but it's giving us the time to really deepen our bond together as a family as well, as we continue to work on our massive Christmas project of creating 360 presents. We're getting closer to our goal.

We're pulling up on our creative juices and allowing the abundance of ideas to flow through us as we give of ourselves to make each other happy. Dad and I are getting the opportunity to teach our children to tap into your own divine creative resources to transform raw material into a creative work of art.

We all have great power within us and are connected to the wisdom of the Great Universal Spirit. We have our own light to shine and if we allow our true inner beauty to emanate from within we can change not only ourselves but we can make a difference this season - one ripple at a time.

As we celebrate the true reason for the season - the birth of Christ - we can celebrate our own divinity. Jesus allowed his light to shine, impacted the world and showed us the way, the path to our divine nature, to our heritage, to life. He lived the path that we should take and become awaken to who we are - one with the Father.

Now take this home, own it, live it. Become aware of your connection to the Father, the Great Universal Spirit and let your light shine. Let your inner beauty radiate the Christ life, the love and energy of the Spirit.

I want to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas.

Thank you for being my reader and for supporting me during this year. I appreciate you. To express my gratitude, here are 2 gifts which you don't have to put under the tree but you can use right away to help you create the change you desire in 2012.

3 Ways to Make a Difference in Someone's Life This Christmas

No matter how insignificant you may think your life or your talents are, you can make a difference in someone's life this Christmas. We all have something to offer another even if it is in some small way - we can make a huge difference. It takes a small acorn seed to grow into a large oak tree. You may never know the strength of the impact a word of encouragement may make to change the course of events in a person's life.

If you consciously decide to make a difference one person at a time with small gestures of kindness, it will create a ripple effect that will tremendously impact your own life and fill you with tremendous joy knowing that you are making small ripples in your corner of the globe which can create big waves in the lives of those you touch.

Now that you know that you have something to offer, even in some small way, let's look at 3 ways you can go about making a difference in someone's life.

1) Look at your own personal experiences

What experiences have you gone through that you know other people are going through right now? What did you do to get through these experiences? What would you do differently or what would you change? What lessons have you learned that became valuable nuggets in your life? You can begin to share your experiences and knowledge with other people who are currently going through a dark time in their lives and feel that there's no hope or end to their issue.

2) Become a good listener

Sometimes a person just needs someone to be a good listener as an outlet to unload what's on their minds. They may not necessarily need advice but just someone to listen to them. And as they release all of the negative energy they're feeling they can actually begin to see the solution to their problem more clearly.

As a good listener, you need to listen objectively - give the person the floor to fully express themselves, knowing that they're not being judged by you. You are the source of strength at this moment.

3) Believe in them

Sometimes we need to believe in others even before they believe in themselves, before they may even see the value in their own lives and in their talents. If you see something of value in another, you can encourage them to go forward towards their dreams. You can help them see the value that you see by believing in them and help them to unlock the hidden gems in their lives. It can be the best Christmas gift you give this year wrapped in the heart of love.

And if you'd like to give the gift of self-confidence this season, why not consider the Supercharge Your Self-Confidence Training Program.

Overcoming Desperation - How to Overcome Dark Times in Your Life

Overcoming desperation when you face dark times is possible no matter how awful things may seem right now in your life.

Desperate feelings come about as a result of feeling disempowered when you face dark times. If you lost your job or lack the finances you need to pay your bills or purchase food, feelings of desperation and anxiety can overtake you, especially during the Christmas season. But you don't have to allow them to.

Use the following 3 steps to help you become empowered so you can overcome desperation this season.

Step #1 - Turn on the light of hope

You're feeling desperate because you've lost hope that all is working out on your behalf. Let the light of hope shine on your situation. There's always a way out of each situation you face. But if you allow the cloud of desperation to hang over your mind it will be difficult to see the way out or receive light in the form of inspired ideas and wisdom that will lead you out of this dark tunnel. Hope brings peace and peace empowers you.

Step #2 - Ask for what you want

Quiet your mind so you can think clearly about what you want. Once you have a clear picture of what you desire the outcome to be, ask for what you want. This process takes your mind from focusing on how bad things are to seeing the solution of how good things can become.

This mental shift in your thought process puts you into a different vibration so you can begin to attract what you desire into your life experience. Asking for what you desire is very powerful but you must ask with the mind frame of seeing the results you want, not what you don't want. And when you ask, ask with the expectation that you will receive an answer.

Step #3 - Let go and relax

Let go of your frustration. Let go of your desperation. Relax your mind so you can think clearly and be open for the answer to come to you and recognize it when it does show up. As you go about your day, pay attention to what's in front of you. Ask, "What can I do to bring me the results I want? How can I see this situation differently? What can I do differently?"

What you're doing here is changing the way you're responding to your situation and coming from a place of empowerment.

Hope brings you courage to face another day.

Asking for what you want shifts your attention into resolution mode.

Letting go and relaxing shifts your vibration so you can begin to attract what you desire and ask the right questions instead of focusing on the wrong things and recreating more of the negative energy that comes from desperation.

I would like to work with you.

Transform your life - You've Got to Have a Plan to Change Your Life

Are you trying to transform your life but find that nothing's working out as you thought it would? Or perhaps you know what you want but don't know how to go about creating the changes you want to make. You've got to have a plan based on the clear mental image of your desire. Everything you choose to do starts first with an idea followed by a plan - whether small or great - to make that plan become a reality.

Our kids are so excited as the big day approaches. You see, this year we've taken on a major project for Christmas presents.

Last year, beginning the first week in December we did give exchange every Friday up until Christmas day.
During the week, we all made presents for the names we picked. Our kids all loved it and it made them develop their creativity and devise a plan to make their creative ideas become a reality.

Well, this year we're doing it even bigger and better but with a more ambitious twist. One of our daughters asked a question, it went something like this, "Mom if we started making presents for each person every day up until Christmas, how many presents would that be?"

The light bulb went on and an idea struck! What if we all made presents for each other, doing the best we can, the older ones helping the younger ones and mom and dad helping them all, what an awesome Christmas it would be?

Out of one thought, one idea evolved this massive project for each person to make 36 presents. We have 8 children so that would be 10 people, including mom and dad = 360 presents Whooo!

I told you it was an ambitious project didn't I?

Everyday we're working diligently, dealing with obstacles, setbacks, deleting some ideas that just don't make the cut and the best part, the kids are learning new crafts - like knitting and crocheting and digging deep to come up with their best creative ideas.

When problem ideas come up dad keeps asking, "What's your plan? What are you trying to make? You've got to see your final product before you create the plan and once you do that you'll have no problems carrying out your idea (as he did an example for them to see). You can always tweak as you move along but you have to have a clear mental image of what you want to create and then create the plan around your image.

Sounds like great advice doesn't it?

Well, it's working and I tell you, the kids are creating some awesome pieces.

That brings me to you.

What do you want to create?

Take the time right now and decide for your life.

Do you have a clear mental image?

Create in vivid colours what your life would look like as you have what you desire. Then sit down and write out a plan of action steps to take each day to materialize your goal. Start with what you have and make note of what you need with firm conviction that it will come to you.

When you are absolutely clear on what you want and you can see your final outcome, then you can create a plan to achieve that goal. It doesn't matter if it's small or large, you have to have a plan and then you can tweak as you go along.

Not sure what you want to create in your life or you got an idea but you're not sure how to create a plan or what steps to take?

How about having me be your mentor?

I invite you to check out the details and the options I've put together for you to work with me here.

Getting My Body Back Friday - 3 Reasons Why We Stop Using What Works to Achieve Our Goals and 2 Cures to Fix It

Do you find that you start doing something and then it works but somewhere along the way you stop? Why is that? In this article we'll look at 3 reasons why we stop using what works and we'll look at 2 cures to fix it.

We all have different experiences and perspectives that affect the way we do things but I think we can break down these down into about 3 main reasons why we don't do what we know works or that is right for us.

1) Life happens

We get busy, we put it off and before you know it, a week has gone by then we become unmotivated lose momentum and find it difficult to start again. I know that this has happened with me when trying to lose weight. I know I need to exercise. I know I need to leave off the junk food but some days I just feel for that junk kick lol and those days are not always on my cheat days. I get busy with the family, my business, and just life on a whole. So yeah, I could totally identify with that.

2) Stuck in the old rut

We're so used to the old and then the old becomes easy - our old habit comes back easily. Face it; we've been doing what we do for a long time so when we make a change we focus on the outward change and not the inward habit - the mindset that creates that change in the first place. And then what happens is that the old internal programming kicks in once again.

3) We didn't make it a habit

When we don't make 'doing the right thing' a habit - first creating it from within - yes, using the visualization process - then it becomes easy to abandon the dream as we change our focus.

So now it only leaves us to ask, "What's the cure?"

Cure #1 - Create a new habit - retrain the subconscious mind - your internal programming.

This has to be a conscious effort that's repeated over and over. That's what I had to do with my weight program. Each day I consciously made the decision to go out for my walk and whenever I slacked off my body would yearn for exercise. So that would get me back on track - even if I didn't walk, I would do something to keep things moving again - that's the power of the internal programming.

Cure #2 - Adding pleasure

We do more of what we enjoy doing. So when we add pleasure, enjoyment to the things we're trying to change - the outcome? We want to do more of it.

Coming back to my weight loss program example; I actually began to enjoy walking and working out. That's an accomplishment for someone who didn't like to exercise.

I focused on something that I enjoyed doing and let that motivate me - which was playing with my children - so I wanted to be strong and full of energy to do that.

Did you know that you’re losing out on what life has to offer by allowing low self-esteem, inferiority complex and lack of self-confidence to control your life? It’s time to take back control of your life. It's time to take control of your mind and finally break free from negative self-image, fear of failure, feeling inferior and not good enough...from what’s holding you back from really living your life!

Action Thursday - 7 Step Process to Get What You Want

Want to know the process to getting everything you want? Many times we think that it's the outward work that counts, but the outward is just the results of the work you've already done on the inside. There's a process to everything we do and if you're trying to make changes in your life and it seems like nothing's working, maybe you've got the process backwards.

Robert Collier's quote goes like this, 'Visualize this thing you want, see it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blue print and begin.'

If you notice here that all of these have an intangible base - in other words, the process begins inside of you. It starts with your mental processing of information.

So let's break this quote down step by step.

Step #1 - Visualize this thing you want

You need to have a clearly defined picture of what it is you want to create. You must first know what it is you want and create a visual of this image in your mind's eye, your imagination. So begin by asking, "What do I want this to look like? What do I want to experience?"

Step #2 - See it

Do you see what you desire to achieve? Let me use an example; you want to go to the grocery store to get milk, chocolate milk - do you see that as you read this? You already have a picture of what the milk looks like, not white milk but chocolate milk. So when you go to the store you already know what it is you want, what you're looking for so there's no confusion in your mind about what you're going to get.

You need to see what it is you desire. See yourself enjoying that happy relationship, being self-confident, having the abundance you desire.

Step #3 - Feel it

Get emotionally involved in the creative process. Your emotions fuel your desire. When we add pleasure to our desire it makes us want to do more of it. Feel your desire as if you were right now experiencing the happy relationship, the abundance you desire. Allow your emotions to connect with what you want.

Step #4 - Believe in it

You need to believe that this is possible for you. Don't start feeling it and experiencing the joy of having what you want then sabotage your progress by saying that it could never happen to you. Accept it. Believing is accepting that you can and will have what it is you want.

Step #5 - Make your mental blue print

Create the steps you will take to get to your goal. Don't get preoccupied with how you will get the resources. Just create your plan mentally as if you already have all you need to make your desire become a reality.

Step #6 - Begin

What can you do right now? Begin to use the resources that you already have. It may just be a pencil and a sheet of paper to write an idea down. Start with that. Expect that all others will come to you.

Tip - Become clear on what you need to make the next step. If you're not sure what the next step is, ask the Spirit for wisdom to know. It will come to you, trust that it will.

Step #7 - Bonus Tip - Tweak your progress

I'd add this bonus tip here because of its importance. You need to monitor your progress. Are things forming into shape according to your mental blue print? Use your observational skills to monitor your progress. Make any adjustments necessary to ensure that you are on the road towards your goal. If something is clearly not working, use something different but remain focused on your end results.

If you are ready to make the change I can help you. Go here to find out how.

3 Tips for Maximizing Your Talent in the Present Moment

Maximizing your talent in the present moment opens the door for other successes to come into your life. It is said that the grass looks greener on the other side, and that, in many cases, apply to looking at other people's talents.

Many times we think that what others have is better than what we have, not realizing that we've been endowed with the same natural abilities as well. The difference is that the successful person took the little that they had, saw the potential in it and decided to work with it bringing out the best that they could.

Everybody else sees the end results, the brilliancy, but they never saw the hours, days and years spent, through trial and failure, to make the successful person's talent sparkling.

That brings us to you. Instead of looking afar off to, "someday I'll take the time to develop my skills," what can you do right now to maximize your talent to bring out the best in this present moment?

Let's look at 3 tips to get you going in the right direction.

Tip # 1 - Look in your own life garden

Stop looking at what others are doing and wishing you were like them and start doing what they did so you could maximize your own talent. If you keep wishing that you had their success and never took the time to work on yours, how would you know how far you could go, how far you could reach?

Sometimes the people who are out there doing their 'thing' may not necessarily be more naturally talented or educated than you. But it's just that they've developed an unstoppable mindset that causes them to penetrate barriers and soar over obstacles.

They were determined to achieve the success they desired using what they already had and never allowed anything to stop them. They did what was necessary to be done to get to where they wanted to go. Now it's time for you to take that same mindset with your talent, your skill, dream big and go for it in spite of what comes your way.

Tip #2 - Appreciate what you have

Stop belittling your talent. For what you think about and focus on shapes and molds you and becomes your belief which becomes your reality. If you beat down and criticize your talent then you reap the harvest of what you sow in your thoughts.

But if you learn to appreciate what you have, then you'll begin to view your talent as being special. And what you feel good about you gravitate to and you'll want to keep doing more of it. If you sing, appreciate your voice. If you write, appreciate what you do for others through your writing. If you're a nurturing person, then appreciate the nurturing side of you and nurture the people or animals that come into your life.

You'll find that you'll begin to attract more situations, more conditions for you to use your talent and continue to expand from there.

Tip #3 - Always sharpen your skills

Don't settle for mediocrity. Ask, "How can I do this better?" By using this small but yet powerful three-letter word, how, it unlocks the door to endless possibilities for you.

How else can you use your talent? Who else needs your skill? The more you use your talent the better you get, the more skilled you become.

At first it may seem a bit rocky as you get started but don't let that stop you. Just as you first learned to ride a bicycle, you kept going in spite of falling off several times, until you mastered the art of riding.

Apply the same mindset and determination to the development of your talent and when your talent has reached its maturity, it will reward you with great fruit that will have within every fruit of success the seeds of potential successes waiting for you to develop and expand, starting the process all over again.

Not sure about your talents? We all have special talents and abilities, and when you join Supercharge Your Self-Confidence Training Program, you'll learn how to identify your own and build your self-esteem even if you feel uncertain about your ability.

You'll also learn how to nurture what you have, change the belief that you're not smart enough and overcome the 'I'm not good enough feeling'

3 Tips for Filling an Emptiness in Your Life

Emptiness in your life is a symptom of something deeper. You may find that even though you're around a lot of people you may still experience feelings of being lost, emptiness and loneliness and can't figure out why nothing's giving you any deep satisfaction. And even though you love your partner and your children, something's still missing.

The emptiness you're feeling inside is a symptom of something deeper happening inside of you that needs to be resolved. Ignoring it or filling it with more stuff will not resolve it by itself.

Use the following 3 tips to help you get on track to filling the emptiness, the void inside of you.

Tip #1 - Get connected

The void you're feeling comes from the disconnection from the Universal Spirit. And just as a tree needs nutrients from the soil through its roots to sustain it otherwise it will begin to show signs of withering, so too, do we manifest feelings of emptiness when we are disconnected from the Spiritual Tree of Life and its roots.

If you're not spending time quietly being energized by the Spirit, you're missing out on vital spiritual life-giving nutrients that not only satisfies the deep longing of your heart and fills you but also penetrates all other areas of your life.

Tip #2 - Have a purpose for your life

Define a purpose for your life.

Why am I here?

What difference can I make in the time I'm here on earth?

What's the greatest impact can I make?

When you define your life with purpose you have a direction in which you're heading. Can you change this as time goes by? Yes of course, as you mature and come into more revelation of your existence.

Tip #3 - Get busy living life with clear meaning

Live every area of your life with your purpose in mind. What do I mean by that? Whether you are dealing with your children, your partner, your friends or someone you've just met, let your purpose shine through.

For example, If you define your purpose as helping others create the change they desire in their lives, then in everything you do and every person you meet you share from that purpose. Now, it's not that you're going to be always lecturing to someone. You can still share your purpose through a smile or by being a good listener because that may be all that the person needs at that moment.

Getting My Body Back Friday - How to Enhance Your Self-Awareness

When you enhance your self-awareness you can consciously create or recreate your life and move from a state of unconscious living. You begin to understand how you think, what you feel, become present and pay attention to what's going on in your life so you can make the necessary adjustments to create change and get the results you desire.

Stay present

Your thoughts and emotions influence the creative process. When you are present you become more consciously aware of what you're thinking and what you're feeling inside. In this state of mind you can consciously shift your thoughts onto something more positive that will influence your emotions and put you in a position vibration. Staying present empowers you. Inspiration lives in the here and now. Miracles happen in the now. When you are wrapped up with the past or the future you miss the power that staying present has available to you.

Observe and ask questions

Learn to become an observer of your own emotional state and of your reaction to situations and people. Ask yourself questions.

Why do I feel the way I do?
Why did I say that when that's not what I wanted to say or that's not how I truly feel?
Why did I react that way?
Why did I respond like that?
Why am I feeling irritated?
Why am I feeling this tightness in my head?

As you dig deeper into the soil of your own life you'll begin to discover the truth of you and uncover the hidden gems that lay dormant inside of you. As you go deeper, you'll find that you'll be pulling up all of the old fluff and unwanted energies that take up precious space and negatively influence your life garden.

Make the switch

Recognize your own power to change by making the mental switch. Once you are consciously aware of the thoughts and feelings you don't want you can shift your thinking to generate the emotions that put you into a positive vibration. You'll be able to do this at will each time until it becomes a habit. Repetition is the key to success.

What do I want?
What can I do differently?
How can I see this from a different perspective?

These are all questions you can ask to help you make the switch more effectively. If you find it emotionally overwhelming try using a method of distraction to take your attention off of what you're feeling. Draw your attention to something else that will help jolt you out of this state.

****By the way, if you have not yet signed up for the training program, Supercharge Your Self-Confidence, what are you waiting for? Christmas? It's already here and this program makes a great gift idea just for you!

If you're on the fence about this, it's time to make a decision to finally give yourself the chance to do something different with your life so you can experience the changes you want to make.

There are only 2 decisions to make:

1 - Stay where you are and continue on the path of frustration and limited self-belief ... and you already know where that has led you so far or

2 - Come on board the training and get the tools you need to make the different to completely banish low self-esteem, overcome inferiority complex - because you know that you are just as good as anybody else - and gain the self-confidence to step up and out of the mindset that's keeping you hostage.

The decision is yours.

Action Thursday - Feeling Overwhelmed - What to Do When Your Life Is Out Of Whack!

Are you feeling overwhelmed because you feel like you're in a chaotic vortex - your life is a mess? This may not necessarily be such a bad thing if you recognize that the time for change has come and you're at the cross roads of a new beginning. This moment in time becomes the crucial point of creativity where you can create the life you truly desire.

However, there are certain key elements you can use to 'make sense out of nonsense' so to speak so you can begin the process of shaping your life the way you want it to be. If you are willing to start afresh, life will yield to you the keys you need to do so and create a happy life once again.

Let's look at some simple keys to follow to clean up the mess and give your life direction.

1) Choose what you want to create

Let's use a practical example. When a gardener decides to take a piece of land to create a garden, everything may seem in order until he/she begins the creative process; he begins to plow the land and put order to the seeming chaos, why? Because he has a direction in which to go. He has a clear mental picture of what he wants to create and he keeps this image in mind and every action step he takes has one purpose and that is to manifest this beautiful flower garden.

2) Do what is essential

Prioritize what's most important to you and do what is essential to get your life back on track in the direction you want it to go.

What's essential for gardening in order to have a harvest? You must first prepare the garden and sow the seed in the ground. This is the essential part - without this, there'll be no flowers.

What's essential for getting you closer to your goal? Put everything else aside and do that now. Take it one task at a time and focus on that task until completion. Then go to the next. Don't focus on everything all at once but take it in bite size, first finishing each task before you get to the other. You'll be one step close to bringing order into your chaotic life as opposed to doing nothing at all.

3) Exercise Patience, Determination and Persistence

The gardener knows that she must be patient as she awaits the growth of her flowers. She continues to keep a watchful eye on her garden. She is persistently doing each day what must be done, like watering the garden and keeping the weeds out so her plants has the best possible opportunity to reach full maturity. She is determined to keep pressing through each day, keeping her goal in mind.

This is the mindset that you must develop in bringing your life in order and dealing with overwhelm. Each day, having your purpose as the focal point, persistently doing what's necessary to manifest your desire, as you patiently await the outcome from your focused determined decision to get your life in order.

Now if you've had enough of feeling like you're nothing, or looking at others being better than you and living the life you only dream of, now is the time to do something about it.

If you're ready to take the next step and let me help you break free and make 2012 the year to Supercharge Your Self-Confidence, then you'd want to check out the training program I've put together to help you.

Each week I go in depth into each of these steps in a very simplified step by step process and show what to do and how to do it. You also get action steps to take every week to help you stay on track and I keep you accountable to achieving your goals.

You don't have to do this alone. You'll have the help you need to make this transformation possible for your life. Your journey begins today.

Getting Out Of Your Head - How To Stop Mind Chatter

Is your mind chatter drowning out the voice of the Spirit within you? You need to get out of your head and turn into your heart. What has your mind chatter produced for you?

If your life isn't going in the direction you'd like to go it's time to take a look at who's in control. Where are these mental voices coming from? They come from the negative voices of the past - teachers, friends, parents and even those of your own self-criticism and limiting beliefs - all sabotaging your forward progress and freedom to live to the fullest.

Turn your attention to the voice of your inner spirit. Shift your feelings to the peace of your inner spirit and soon enough you'll find the inner voices and feelings of peace begin to outshine the voices in your external world.

Practice quieting your mind

Schedule a time each day where you can consciously put this into practice. You want to reprogram your mind and the way you do this is by constant repetition. Your senses can be heightened by listening to the sounds around you and try to recognize even the most subtle sounds. Listen to the sound of your heart beat, your breath and even the noises your stomach makes. Try asking a question like, "How can I see my situation differently? Then listen inside for the answer to return to you.

You may want to keep a journal so you can always refer back to the steps you took and recall your experience.

Release your own thoughts

Let go of your thoughts. Relax your mind. Empty your mind and turn your attention to your inner being and listen and feel. The voice of the Spirit may often sound like your own voice except the difference is that it may be something that you would not have thought of from your mind chatter. You may also experience tremendous peace as you go deeper inside of you. Feel the energy of the Spirit as it radiates from within you and expands into your body.

Remove all doubts

Doubting short-circuits faith. Keep all doubts out that will hinder you from hearing what the Spirit has to offer you. As your doubts come, listen to what they have to say and then simply shift your mind to believing that you could do what your doubt says you cannot. Or shift to believing that you are getting the answer you desire from the Universal Spirit.

Self-Confidence - 7 Steps to Boost Self-Esteem, Overcome Inferiority Complex and Build Self-Confidence

Low self-esteem and inferiority complete inhibits your ability to live to your fullest potential. They keep you imprisoned to a life of mediocrity and keep you from seeing the true value in who you are and limit your ability to see the beauty and talents hidden inside of you.

The next 7 steps will help you begin to take control of your life so you can boost your self-esteem, overcome inferiority complex and finally build your confidence to break free from your mental shackles and live the life you were meant to live.

Step #1 - Awaken to Your True Identity and Your Divine Heritage

Your true identity goes beyond your physical abilities and limitations into a realm that’s so vast beyond your external world.

Once you get this and understand your own unlimited potential and your divinity, then you’ll see that the things you have and what you’ve accomplished are only a part of your physical expressions.

You are valuable to the entire universal plan. You matter and you are just as valuable and equal to everybody else.

Step #2 - Uncover and Discover Your Inner Beauty

We tend to think of others as being more talented, more beautiful, having more than us and neglect to see the beauty in ourselves. You are a very important part of the entire divine master plan and you have a purpose for being here.

If you’re struggling with feelings of being useless and you can’t find meaning in your life then it’s time that you stop and take stock of who you are. Begin to explore you and look inside yourself for the hidden gems that are locked inside of you. Turn your attention inward and look for the things that are unique about you.

Step #3 - Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

You are the gardener of your life. You decide what goes into your life garden. If you decide that you wanted cucumbers and decided to plant pumpkin seeds then there’s no way that you’ll ever produce a cucumber harvest. You must plant the seeds of the harvest you desire to manifest.

So it is with your life garden. Your thought seeds that become your belief must match up with the harvest. Your self-talk must match up with what you’d like to manifest. What you think about most of the time will eventually become your reality, just as a physical garden will eventually manifest the harvest of its own kind.

Step #4 - Believe in Yourself

Break free of the fear that’s holding you back. Trust that you have all that you need within you to go forward out of your comfort zone and live a fully enriched life. Your past failures do not have to continue to dictate how your future will turn out. You ask, “Suppose I fail again?” Then get up again, move again, live again – keep moving forward. You can do it.

Step #5 - Attract and Surround Yourself with Positive People

Whenever you have positive influence around you, that energy creates a snowball effect of more positive results in your life. Begin to think of the type of people you’d like to have around you that will help you build your confidence.

Form symbiotic relationships with others that have the characteristics that you desire that will help you instill the beliefs and character that you want to develop.

Step #6 - Let Go of the Past to Experience Emotional Healing

Are you reliving the past each day? It’s time to let go, forgive yourself, forgive the situation and begin to create new experiences in your life. It’s time to heal from the emotional pain of your past. Yes, it was painful. Yes, you may be still living with the consequences of that experience, but you can still move on and create a better life for yourself by taking the first step – let go.

Step #7 - Deal with Setbacks and Obstacles

On your journey to building self-confidence or come up against obstacles there may be times that you relapse into the old way of thinking. But you don’t have to stop there and give up. Shake it off and get back on track, begin again, try again until you succeed. Remember the saying, if at first you don’t succeed try, try again.

Instead of beating up on yourself keep your goal of self-confidence as your focal point and direct your negative emotions into something positive.

The Relationship Destroyer - How to Overcome Low Self-Esteem in Relationships

The low self-esteem issues you face in your current relationship have their roots coming from other issues in your life; many of them stemming from childhood circumstances and are being manifested in your life now. It is important to know though that your partner is not responsible for making you feel happy or making you feel good about yourself. The onus of that rests on you. With that said, you're not looking for your partner to intentionally put you down or hurt you either. There's a balance in everything.

When you begin to see your own worth through your eyes then you've taken the power over your life out of the hands of another. You're not dependant on somebody else making you feel special because if at any time in the relationship your partner is not acting in an appreciative way towards you then that does not cause the cards of your self-esteem to come tumbling down.

This type of dependency on your partner can stifle them in the relationship because of the insecurity you feel when you're not getting the attention you think you should get from your partner.

Begin to work on you

Your experiences in your outer life are nurtured from the root of what's going on inside of you - through your beliefs, your thoughts, your emotions. What you're focused on, or put a different way, what you're seeing in your imagination and focusing on expands into your experience.

So you must change your perspective of yourself by changing your inner beliefs and your internal programming. Your partner cannot resolve all of your personal issues even though he/she loves you dearly. This is something you must do for yourself - taking control of your own life.

Love yourself

Spend time loving you. Don't wait for your partner to give to you what you need to give to yourself first. If you find yourself feeling needy, instead of demanding the attention from your partner, demand that attention of yourself. You'll be amazed to see when you start appreciating who you are and loving you that that energy attracts more of the same from others.

Connect with the love that's inside of you. Find something to love about you and hold on to that. Begin to focus on it and appreciate what's in you. This appreciation will begin to expand and you'll begin to see other areas of your life that you can truly admire and respect as well.

Understand your divine nature

You are connected to a grand design created by the power of unconditional love through the Great Universal Spirit. You were created by and through love and that love is expressed through all creation. When you understand this you'll see the true value of your divine worth.

You're not ordinary. You carry within you the power of the extraordinary in a seemingly ordinary vessel. There's more to you than meets the eye. Know that you are great and that you are unique and that all the universal power is at your disposal to create the life and relationship that you desire to experience.

What have you brought into this relationship? What do you have to offer? It's time for you to explore and recognize your own divinity and express that divinity through your inner beauty. You have all you need inside of you to build your life and enhance your relationship.

The #1 reason for my life success...and yours!

Many factors often contribute to a person's success in life - whether it's breaking free from limiting beliefs that sabotage one's progress so you could move on to finally achieving your goals or believing in yourself enough to leave your comfort zone and take the first step towards living your dream or whatever it is.

I have found that once you've found that one thing it causes everything else to fall into place.

The #1 reason for my success in dealing with relationship issues - dealing with hurts, break-up etc., building my self-esteem, seeing my own worth, overcoming emotional issues like dealing with depression, resentment, anger, loneliness, building self-confidence, changing careers, starting or growing a business, making decisions and everything I do comes from my connection with the Spirit.

And I'm not talking about just knowing that you're connected to the Spirit, but really spending that quiet time feeling the energy of the Spirit flowing in and through me and consciously making that inner connection.

As you've read many of my articles, I always refer back to the connection to the Spirit because I think it's key to life. It's the Soil of Life. And as a tree that's disconnected from the soil eventually withers away, so it is with us when we're not completely connected to the Spirit.

The symptoms that we see in our lives - feeling unworthy, feeling lost, feeling lonely, confused, frustrated, burdened, anxious, impatience etc. all comes from us not consciously connecting to the Spirit.

As soon as you make that decision to make that connection a part - a vital part - of your life then all these other things begin to fall away. And even if you slip up a bit you know exactly what to do to get back on track.

This is soooo important. The things I've gone through and struggled with - when my first relationship ended and left me feeling so hurt, lonely, small, then picking myself up from that place of hopelessness to wanting to live and move on to now finding my spiritual mate and having a family of 8 children and continuing to grow, all came from me turning inwardly to the Source of my power, becoming clear on what I wanted and decided not to settle for what my current situation or what life what dishing out to me at that time.

You don't have to stay where you are. Believe me, it can and will turn around for you as it did for me and so many others as you use this one principle - connecting with the Source of your power every day.

And I will share with you the mindset I developed and the mental tools I used to attract the life I desired to have in the upcoming training program.

If you're struggling with feelings of not being good enough, low self-worth, low self-esteem and lack of confidence, then this will give you some direction to begin to transform your life.

This is a radio show I was on with Laura Lester Fournier and thought that the information here will help you tremendously.
