Sunday Morning Scripture - The Parable of the Growing Seed

He also said, "This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. All by itself the soil produces grain - first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come." Mark 4:26-29

Jesus gave a practical visual example describing what the kingdom of God is like. Let's see how this is applicable to our lives so can manifest what we desire.

The seed is the desire, the goodness we desire to manifest in our lives, which we sow into the soil of our subconscious mind. The subconscious mind, like the soil grows everything. And when we allow the seeds of positivity to take root within us, we receive the rewards of the kingdom.

We may not know how the soil actual grows the seeds and similarly, we may not entirely understand how the subconscious mind connects with Divine Intelligence and causes our desire to grow. But what we do know is that as long as we sow the seed, whether we sleep or wake, it will grow. A little at a time, we begin to see our desire manifest until the time of harvest where we can fully enjoy the benefits of it all.

God has so designed our subconscious mind like the soil to function easily and effortlessly. If you're facing a tough time and no matter what you do, things always seem to turn out negatively, take a look at the thought seed sown in the soil of your subconscious mind. What have you been sowing? If you don't like the harvest you're getting which is your external results, sow new thought seeds.

Nurture these seeds daily with positive energy flow of joy, peace, love and persistence and allow these seeds to naturally germinate, flourish and produce the fruit of the abundance of the Spirit.
