Getting my body back Friday - Eat Clean!


It's time to look at what and how we're eating to ensure better health and optimize our ideal weight goal. 6 meals a day may sound like a lot but keep in mind that they're smaller portions and your body has a 3 hour span to digest each meal before the next.
