To change the world, each one of us must take responsibility for our own self-transformation. Change begins within us, that's true. And if we desire to see change in the world we must look into our own mirror and begin with the person that's look back at us. Whatever we do affects the whole. It creates a ripple effect affecting others as well.
We cannot and should not expect the next person to change to accommodate our comfort while we choose to remain the same - our spouses, our children, our friends and family. We have a responsibility for our own change and in order to make this world a better place that change must start with you, with me.
