It's almost ready...what Information do you need right now?

Last Thursday, I asked you if a life-changing map would simplify things for you, and again, the response was awesome.

I'm putting together the final pieces of this information; showing you how to apply this life-changing map to your particular situation. I expect to have everything completed by the end of next week.

Here's where you come in before it's finished...

==>What specific information would you like to know that would help you get from where you are right now to experiencing what you desire to manifest in your life?

==> Be as detailed as possible so I can have a clear understanding of what you need so I can help you get started on taking the next step toward achieving your goal.

I'm really excited to put this into a concise, simplified, step by step process for you to use right away.

Just leave a comment below or send me a message at http://www.changinginsideoutnow.com/contact, and let me know specifically what help you need right now or what you need to know to achieve the goals you said you'd like to reach.

  1. Hi Alicia....You are always trying to help others and I think that is absolutely commendable.

Well, I've been around for a long, long time and have never, ever achieved full and long lasting weight loss. It seems the older one gets, the more difficult it gets. I wonder if it's even possible to lose as one gets up in years.

I swim two to three times a week, to keep the body moving, but it absolutely does not help with weight loss. Maybe it prevents gain, so that's good, too.

Hope your day is wonderful and bless you for your kindness. Susan

  2. Thanks Susan. I do believe that it is possible to lose weight even as one gets older. Never doubt that because doubting closes the door to what's possible for you.

That's good that you're swimming consistently but it's important to watch the type of foods that you're eating as well as adding some weight training into your routine.

    Hope this helps.

    Alicia
