Sophistication is not superficial. It goes way deeper than that. What we call sophisticated on the outside – such as style of clothing, house or car – is only physical. And that sophistication can be undermined by negative behaviour leaving a bitter taste in the mouths of others around you.
If we were to focus on achieving the highest standard of sophistication beginning with the way we feel and how we treat other people then the other things will all fall into place – sophistication at its highest level.
How can you achieve that?
By first examining yourself and observing your own behaviour. Do you put on a show for others externally but inside you are totally the opposite of nice? For example, you talk with a person and all smiles but underneath your breath you really hate them. How can you change this behaviour so that, yes, you may not like a person’s attitude, but at the same time you don’t hate the person either?
It all begins from the heart. Love is the greatest channel through which the highest form of pure sophistication can be expressed from within outwardly. Love in your heart brings out your personal charm that cannot be ‘put on’, cannot be faked; it naturally flows from the river of life from the deep reservoir within you.
