Where's Alicia been hiding?

Since August it's been a busy time for us with our children.

As they get older, our children are defining the things they enjoy doing. And as homeschooling parents, we encourage them to follow their inate gifts and explore their talents to the fullest.

Our girls have been doing quite a bit of singing in our community and neighbouring communities which have intensified coming into the christmas season. More about that in a bit.

They've also been selling their unique crocheted items at the local Farmer's Market and Craft Shows to raise funds to purchase their instruments. Some of their items have been featured here - see items below.

Today's Unique Feature

Each week in this ‘Bringing Out the Unique in You’ training series I’ll be showcasing Unique Hand-crafted Items all created and designed by my daughters and me.

These are one of a kind; no two items are ever the same and you’ll not find these in stores anywhere. Each item is specifically designed to bring out the unique in you.

When you purchase one of these items for yourself or for a special person in your life, use this as a symbol to be reminded each day of how unique you are.

Look out for their Unique Caribbean Hat Line coming soon.

Our daughter Lisalee has been asked to sing O Canada - Canada's National Anthem for the Premier of British Columbia which opened up the door for her to sing at a hockey game with the Kamloops Blazers.

Here are the links to the videos

We recently sang at the local Christmas Concert and here are the links to that event

Lisalee singing The Rose

Our older girls Shenelle, Grace and Tammy singing Where Are You Christmas and Never Say Never

And our 3 year old Roxella joined 8 year old Alexandria and her sisters to sing What Dreams Are Made of.
