Action Thursday - 7 Step Process to Get What You Want

Want to know the process to getting everything you want? Many times we think that it's the outward work that counts, but the outward is just the results of the work you've already done on the inside. There's a process to everything we do and if you're trying to make changes in your life and it seems like nothing's working, maybe you've got the process backwards.

Robert Collier's quote goes like this, 'Visualize this thing you want, see it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blue print and begin.'

If you notice here that all of these have an intangible base - in other words, the process begins inside of you. It starts with your mental processing of information.

So let's break this quote down step by step.

Step #1 - Visualize this thing you want

You need to have a clearly defined picture of what it is you want to create. You must first know what it is you want and create a visual of this image in your mind's eye, your imagination. So begin by asking, "What do I want this to look like? What do I want to experience?"

Step #2 - See it

Do you see what you desire to achieve? Let me use an example; you want to go to the grocery store to get milk, chocolate milk - do you see that as you read this? You already have a picture of what the milk looks like, not white milk but chocolate milk. So when you go to the store you already know what it is you want, what you're looking for so there's no confusion in your mind about what you're going to get.

You need to see what it is you desire. See yourself enjoying that happy relationship, being self-confident, having the abundance you desire.

Step #3 - Feel it

Get emotionally involved in the creative process. Your emotions fuel your desire. When we add pleasure to our desire it makes us want to do more of it. Feel your desire as if you were right now experiencing the happy relationship, the abundance you desire. Allow your emotions to connect with what you want.

Step #4 - Believe in it

You need to believe that this is possible for you. Don't start feeling it and experiencing the joy of having what you want then sabotage your progress by saying that it could never happen to you. Accept it. Believing is accepting that you can and will have what it is you want.

Step #5 - Make your mental blue print

Create the steps you will take to get to your goal. Don't get preoccupied with how you will get the resources. Just create your plan mentally as if you already have all you need to make your desire become a reality.

Step #6 - Begin

What can you do right now? Begin to use the resources that you already have. It may just be a pencil and a sheet of paper to write an idea down. Start with that. Expect that all others will come to you.

Tip - Become clear on what you need to make the next step. If you're not sure what the next step is, ask the Spirit for wisdom to know. It will come to you, trust that it will.

Step #7 - Bonus Tip - Tweak your progress

I'd add this bonus tip here because of its importance. You need to monitor your progress. Are things forming into shape according to your mental blue print? Use your observational skills to monitor your progress. Make any adjustments necessary to ensure that you are on the road towards your goal. If something is clearly not working, use something different but remain focused on your end results.

Did you know that you’re losing out on what life has to offer by allowing low self-esteem, inferiority complex and lack of self-confidence to control your life? It’s time to take back control of your life. It's time to take control of your mind and finally break free from negative self-image, fear of failure, feeling inferior and not good enough...from what’s holding you back from really living your life!

If you are ready to make the change I can help you. Go here to find out how.

Action Thursday - Feeling Overwhelmed - What to Do When Your Life Is Out Of Whack!

Are you feeling overwhelmed because you feel like you're in a chaotic vortex - your life is a mess? This may not necessarily be such a bad thing if you recognize that the time for change has come and you're at the cross roads of a new beginning. This moment in time becomes the crucial point of creativity where you can create the life you truly desire.

However, there are certain key elements you can use to 'make sense out of nonsense' so to speak so you can begin the process of shaping your life the way you want it to be. If you are willing to start afresh, life will yield to you the keys you need to do so and create a happy life once again.

Let's look at some simple keys to follow to clean up the mess and give your life direction.

1) Choose what you want to create

Let's use a practical example. When a gardener decides to take a piece of land to create a garden, everything may seem in order until he/she begins the creative process; he begins to plow the land and put order to the seeming chaos, why? Because he has a direction in which to go. He has a clear mental picture of what he wants to create and he keeps this image in mind and every action step he takes has one purpose and that is to manifest this beautiful flower garden.

2) Do what is essential

Prioritize what's most important to you and do what is essential to get your life back on track in the direction you want it to go.

What's essential for gardening in order to have a harvest? You must first prepare the garden and sow the seed in the ground. This is the essential part - without this, there'll be no flowers.

What's essential for getting you closer to your goal? Put everything else aside and do that now. Take it one task at a time and focus on that task until completion. Then go to the next. Don't focus on everything all at once but take it in bite size, first finishing each task before you get to the other. You'll be one step close to bringing order into your chaotic life as opposed to doing nothing at all.

3) Exercise Patience, Determination and Persistence

The gardener knows that she must be patient as she awaits the growth of her flowers. She continues to keep a watchful eye on her garden. She is persistently doing each day what must be done, like watering the garden and keeping the weeds out so her plants has the best possible opportunity to reach full maturity. She is determined to keep pressing through each day, keeping her goal in mind.

This is the mindset that you must develop in bringing your life in order and dealing with overwhelm. Each day, having your purpose as the focal point, persistently doing what's necessary to manifest your desire, as you patiently await the outcome from your focused determined decision to get your life in order.

Now if you've had enough of feeling like you're nothing, or looking at others being better than you and living the life you only dream of, now is the time to do something about it.

If you're ready to take the next step and let me help you break free and make 2012 the year to Supercharge Your Self-Confidence, then you'd want to check out the training program I've put together to help you.

Each week I go in depth into each of these steps in a very simplified step by step process and show what to do and how to do it. You also get action steps to take every week to help you stay on track and I keep you accountable to achieving your goals.

You don't have to do this alone. You'll have the help you need to make this transformation possible for your life. Your journey begins today.

Action Thursday - How To Build Self-Esteem When You Feel Uncertain About Your Ability

Building self-esteem is not based on your external credentials and accomplishments even though many of us put so much emphasis on them. Self-esteem has to do with respect for yourself and seeing your own worth. Your value is not determined by your ability to do or not do something. It has more to do with who you are; appreciation of you as a divine being.

Just as we ooh and aah at a baby, majestic mountains and beautiful scenery, we are just as splendid as these - not because they did anything spectacular or have any specific abilities - their existence alone is just enough to command the respect of our attention.

That's what happens when we begin to appreciate our own worth, we're not trying to impress others, we are just who we are - beautiful and majestic by nature. That's the mindset we develop and accept for our ownselves.

Accept your true divinity

So armed with this knowledge, you can begin to see your value through the eyes of the miracle of creation - that you are wonderfully and beautifully made. At first this may seem a bit strange to you to view yourself as being divinely beautiful but this is where you need to nurture your mind each day with this truth until it becomes a part of your internal belief system.

Express your divinity

Out of divine creativity, you've been endowed with special abilities, personality and talents through which you can express your divinity here on planet earth and live a fully enriched and abundant life. It's time that you begin to dig deep within your own self to extract those unique talents and discover your unique personality.

Build and expand on your divine natural talents and unique personality

Once you've discovered your special talents - the things you do really well, the things you enjoy doing - how can you build and expand on these? How can you direct your energy into fully developing them and using them in ways to not only enrich your life but the lives of those around you?

What about your personality? Perhaps you're a very caring nurturing person; how can you direct that energy into serving others? And in providing such a valuable service to others - whether to children or adults - you can, not only provide for yourself financially, but also meet the needs of your inner spirit through the power of giving of your essence to others.

By the way, if you'd like to have a simple step-by-step process, a Life-Changing Map, to show you how to break through roadblocks and build the courage you need to leave your comfort zone and move towards your dream, then this is for you. Action Thursday - Building Up Courage - Steps to Leaving Your Comfort Zone

Are you so afraid to leave your comfort zone that you're losing out on enjoying your life and living your dreams? Though you may think that your comfort zone will protect you from taking the risk of change, often times it ends up imprisoning you instead. Your comfort zone only keeps you in familiar territory but provides no growth, only stagnation. Don't allow fear to keep you back.

So let's look at 3 simple steps you can take right now to build up courage and propel you forward to leaving your comfort zone.

Step #1 - Clearly define what it is you want

What do you want other than what you've been getting? Do you have enough of your life not producing the results you desire? Why settle when you were meant to have so much more - the abundance of life? Look at what your life could be like if you only took the risk to go after what you've always dreamed of? Clearly define it. See it in vivid colours. Having a clearly defined target gives you something to focus your attention on instead of focusing on your fear of taking the next step.

Step #2 - Determine why you want what you want

A strong 'why' will give you a reason to move forward in spite of obstacles, setbacks and disappointments and build your courage in the face of fear. Your 'why' will keep you from rationalizing your reason for wanting to give up.

Make part of your 'why' as a consequential motivator; using your fear in your favour as opposed to being against you. For example, if I don't lose this extra weight it could seriously affect my health and shorten my life span. What you're doing is putting up barriers to prevent retreating. You leave yourself with no other choice but to leave your comfort zone and keep going forward.

Let's use another example, if there was no way for you to return to your current home, what would you do? You'd have no choice but to move on and look for a new home wouldn't you? And you'd come up with creative ways to help you do that, wouldn't you? So, if you create a barrier for retreat in your mind, each time you think of going back, that barrier will be there to help you keep going forward.

Step #3 - Generate strong feelings for your 'why'.

Associate feelings of pleasure to your 'why'. Research has shown that people do things mainly because of the pleasure they receive from it, even if it is logically harmful to them. It is this association with pleasure why it is difficult to break a bad habit. You look forward to the things you enjoy doing and you'd want to do more of it.

Identify the pleasure in your 'why' or create the pleasure. What pleasure would I get from achieving this goal if I went after it? We would more readily take the risk to do something because of the anticipated pleasure than if there was no pleasure, no joy attached to it.

By the way, if you'd like to have a simple step-by-step process, a Life-Changing Map, to show you how to break through roadblocks and build the courage you need to leave your comfort zone and move towards your dream, then this is for you.  Check out The Life-Changing Map to get more information to learn how to do this.

Action Thursday: Self-Empowerment - 4 Evasive Action Steps to Take When Your Day's Going Out of Whack

So you started your day full of hope and expectation. You've got everything sorted out - you know exactly what you're going to do and you're feeling really good about it. Then it happens; the phone rings and you've got to deal with that call, then the baby starts to fuzz and you've got to deal with that as well, and then a neighbour shows up unexpectedly and you've got one more thing to deal with that's not on your agenda.

One thing after another's happening, you're caught in the middle of a vortex of emotion and your head begins to spin.

Sounds familiar, yes, I have those days as well and everything begins to spiral from there, what do you do? Don't worry, there's a way out in 4 simple evasive action steps.

Evasive Action Step #1 - Stop and take a deep breath

That energy must be stopped right in its tracks and it begins with you. If you let that negative energy overtake you soon enough you'll be pulling your hair out and it ain't gonna be pretty. Stop and take a deep breath. Yes, close your eyes and breathe deeply and let all that stress out.

Evasive Action Step #2 - Connect with your inner power

Enter the place of your inner sanctuary and find your peace - this is your place of inner power, your strength. In this place all that negative energy loses its grip from your mind. You can literally feel the knots in your mind fading away as you focus in on your peace.

Evasive Action Step #3 - Ask for peace in the situation

Allow the peace of the Spirit to enter the chaotic situation and bring calm and resolution. Let your mind and your eyes become focused on peace and not on the stressful event. You are working with the creative force of the Spirit to change your environment.

Evasive Action Step #4 - Become fully present

Pay attention to the direction of the Spirit and go with the flow. Quietly ask what step you should take now and become fully alert and present as the Spirit directs your eyes and gives you inspired ideas to take the next step. It doesn't matter what situation you're in, the solution is available as you become fully present.

And if you'd like to discover a proven step-by-step process that you can use to keep you on track or get you back on track if you've lost your way, I invite you to try The Life-changing Map

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Overcome Obstacles to Achieve Your Goals

Each day you may be faced with challenging situations which can sometimes turn into obstacles. If you allow them, these obstacles can become roadblocks to achieving your goals. Roadblocks may block the path you're currently on but they don't have to become deterrents from your final destination.

In this article we'll look at 4 action steps you can take right away to overcome obstacles so you can achieve your goals.

Action Step #1 - Clearly identify your goals

What is it you want to achieve? Clear away the confusion and frustration from your mind so you can clearly see your target. A mind clouded by confusion and frustration will take your focus off of your true goals. Regroup and refocus your attention to where you're going.

Action Step #2 - Clearly identify your obstacle

Look at where you are now. Look at where you desire to be. What's keeping you from getting there? Clearly identify it. Once you uncover the obstacle that's keep you from reaching your goal you can brainstorm ideas to work around them.

Action Step #3 - Clearly identify your options

What are you options? You could decide to do nothing and give up - but that's an option that would not help you realize your goal. What else can you do to enhance your relationship? What information or skills do you need right now to improve your business? What can you do right now?

At this point you're activating the law of thinking and as you begin to brainstorm, with an open mind, for a way around your obstacle, you'll begin to attract inspired ideas to help you. More ideas will come as you focus on coming up with a solution. Your ideas may or may not all be generated from you. But it doesn't really matter. Resolution is what you're really after, right?

Action Step #4 - Clearly identify your action steps

You've brainstormed and came up with a few options to get beyond your obstacles. Now, break down these action steps into smaller daily steps you can use to get around the blockage and back onto the path towards your desired results.

For example, in your relationship you can take daily action to improve your communication by listening more attentively to what your partner is saying. Or if you want to deepen your spiritual connection so you can experience more inner peace and joy in your life, set aside 15 minutes each day in meditation so you can become more in tuned with the Spirit.

Bonus step - Tweak your actions

Are the action steps you've implemented producing better results? You obviously need to give it some time and consistency to see positive results as you measure your progress. Tweak your actions along the way making the necessary adjustments as you go along. Don't be afraid to try something new or improve on what you're doing if something's clearly not working.

** ==> Remember last week I asked if a life-changing map would help you? Well, tomorrow is the day I give you all the details and how you can get access to this simplified process to transform your life. Keep an eye out for this information; you don't want to miss it!

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Become Self-Empowered Even in a Bad Economy

Bad economic conditions will not dictate our results if we decide to approach things from the unlimited supply of the Great Universal Spirit. Often times we allow our mindset to be shaped by our adversities and not the other way around. What happens then is that we create a vicious cycle of the same negative seed thoughts which lead to the same negative fruit results.

So what can you do to become self-empowered regardless of the bad economy and create the results you desire to have manifested in your life? Apply these 4 actions steps right away:

Action Step #1 - Focus your mindset on success

Believe that you can have the success that you so desire and focus your attention only on that. Each day remind yourself that you will succeed whether it's in your business, career or finding the job you desire. See yourself succeeding and let that be your mental target, the final result of your physical outcome.

Action Step #2 - Steer clear of negativity or failure thinking

If you surround yourself with negativity - negative self-talk, negative conversation with others or listening to it - you will attract the same in your experience. Move away from it. Shift your thinking and your self-talk will change. Watch out for the germination time - you know, the period during which you don't see the physical results you desire right away. This is where your belief comes in - know that all is working out on your behalf even if you cannot physically see it right now.

Action Step #3 - Get busy moving toward your goal

What can you do now that will get you closer to manifesting your goal? Get busy and wrap yourself up with it right now. Sitting around waiting is not the answer to getting results. If you're not sure what to do just stop and ask within and wait for the answer. If you're still unsure, know that your answer will show up and keep your eyes open and pay attention. It will come.

Action Step #4 - Be Persistent and determined

Don't take no for an answer. So, you didn't do as well as you expected today. Get back up and keep pressing forward. Tweak your actions if you must but keep pressing forward. You will get to the end if you stay focused. If you need help, ask within for the help you need and watch as the chosen helper shows up.

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps To Use the Power of Intentions to Achieve Your Goals

Achieving your goals may seem like an overwhelming task, but it doesn't have to be when you understand the power of your intentions.

Whether or not you currently have all of the mental and physical ability and equipment needed to achieve your goals, you can attract whatever you need to help you reach your desire with the power of intentions.

In this article, we will cover 4 action steps you can implement right away to use the power of intentions to position you to achieve your goals.

Action Step #1 - Have a mental picture of your outcome

When you know what you want and have a clear image of your results, you can work towards your target. Putting this image on paper will help you become clear as you have to specifically express what you desire to accomplish. You can also use a picture to be the physical expression of what you want manifested in your life. Just make sure that you are emotionally connected to that image if you choose to go that route. You must own it as your own and fuel the desire with your emotions.

Action Step #2 - Fill your eyes with your outcome

When you find you're not getting the results you want check yourself. What are you seeing? What are your eyes focused on? Are you seeing the results you want or are your eyes fixated on feelings of self-doubt - your seeming inability to achieve your goals? Are you seeing overwhelmed, confusion or lack of resources?

What mental image are you focused on that's taking you in the opposite direction of your goal? Remember, the brain sees in pictures, not necessarily what you're saying you want to accomplish. All of you must come into alignment with your desire. Make the mental shift to believe in yourself and see through the eyes of belief that you can achieve your goals.

Action Step #3 - Let go and wait

After you state what you desire, release the outcome. Don't try to figure out how it will all come together. Too much of the wrong mental action blocks inspiration from coming to you and creates a barrier of confusion to what's real. Relax and wait for the answer to come, for the direction in which you should go.

Action Step #4 - Take inspired action

What do you feel impressed to do that will take you closer to achieving your goal? be open to and pay attention to what's happening around you as other people are mobilized towards helping you to either get the information or equipment you need or to give you the support necessary to help get to your target goal even faster.

Are you ready to throw off all self-doubt so you can finally get on the path to achieve your goals? If you'd like some help getting there I would like to invite you to claim your Free 30-Minute Self-Empowerment Coaching Session at

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Take Inspired Action to Manifest your desires

If you find that you're taking action toward manifesting your desires but you're not getting the results you want, perhaps it's time you stop and begin to take inspired action.

In this article we'll cover 4 action steps you could use right now that will get you off the wrong track and onto the path of success towards your desire.

Action Step #1 - Stop and analyze what you're doing

Why keep doing the same things over and over and expect your results to be different? Examine the results you've been having so far. Are they bringing you the success you desire or do you find that you're running around in circles getting nowhere fast? Retrace your actions, examine them closely and see what changes you could implement right away that will get you on the path towards your goal. Identify those things that are time wasters and get rid of them so you can direct your energy to more productive activities.

Action Step #2 - Create a new plan of action

To create a new plan of action, look at the end results you desire to accomplish. Create a mental image of your outcome and write it down as you set your intention to reach your goal. Write out your new action plan beginning with what you know you can do right now.

Action Step #3 - Work with Spirit Guidance

As you create your plan, be open to the wisdom of the Spirit. Ask, "What are the best action steps I can take that will be most effective and successful in bringing me to my desired results?" Wait for the answer. It may show up right away as a thought you never had before.

Or you may get a phone call from a friend with an idea or you may receive an email with the information you need to take the next step or find a book with the solution you need. Whatever the channel the Spirit chooses to use be willing to go with the flow. Be alert and pay attention to your answer and not your worry.

Action Step #4 - Maintain a state of relaxation and openness

This will take some practice especially if you become restless easily when you don't see things beginning to work right away. Here's a mindset that will help you, "I know my answer is on its way. I remain calm, clear, relaxed and open to what the Spirit has to offer."

Now let go, and again, be alert and pay attention to whatever comes to you. Stay in the now and begin with what you're prompted to do. As you move a little, a little bit more information will come to you and as you take action on that, more ideas will come too. Keep moving until you manifest your desire.

Changing your life may seem like an overwhelming frustrating process. But it doesn't have to be if you're given simple doable step-by-step strategies that will get you from feeling stuck, frustrated and overwhelmed to being self-empowered.

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Overcome Feeling Stuck Due to Lack of Resources

Ever find yourself feeling stuck because of fear, lack of money, skills, education or connections?

Whether you want to move forward in your career, relationship, personal life but find that you lack the necessary resources to do what you want to do, the following 4 action steps will help you to look at the big picture, identify what's holding you back, recognize what it is you need to move you forward to take the next step towards your goal and get the resources you need to manifest your desires.

So let's look at each one. Get out your pen and paper and let's work out the process together.

1) Look at the big picture

Sometimes when we get stuck what happens is that our focus is on the problem and not on the big picture. While we are focused on the obstacle and on the reason why we can't move forward, the hindrances seem to grow bigger and block our vision from seeing our target. What happens from there? You lose sight of your goal and the result? You procrastinate, then eventually you give up. Sounds familiar?

Look at the big picture - your goal; what you want to achieve, where you want to go or who you want to become, write that down. Let that be your focus. Fill your eyes, your thoughts and imagination with it and not with your obstacles. Now, instead of attracting what you don't want - the feeling of being stuck - you're open to attract the answer to resolving what's stopping you from taking action and moving forward toward your target.

2) Identify what's holding you back

Look closely at what's keeping you from manifesting your desire. Is it fear? Is it lack of money? Is it lack of self-confidence? Is it lack of education or skills? What is it? Write this down now.

When you consciously uncover that hindrance what you're doing is shedding light on it not with the intension of letting it become your focus but looking for a way of resolution.

Now that you have it on paper, you can brain storm ways to remove the obstacle instead of surrendering to it. Ask the question, "how can I overcome this?" What you've done here is saying to the universe that you are determined and you are open to receive an answer. And in turn the Spirit will bring the solution you need to help you.

3) Recognize what it is you need

Identifying what's holding you back works two-fold to help you recognize what it is you need to move you forward to take the next step towards your goal. By identifying that you are afraid of you can dig deeper by asking, "Why am I afraid, what's the source of my fear?" Write it down. If you lack skills, write down what skills you wish you had that would help you take the next step - what kind of skills, knowledge etc. would you need.

You're creating a mental picture on paper so you know exactly what you need - the beginning process of bringing the intangible into form.

4) Get the resources you need

Now you know exactly what you need to make the next step, instead of focusing on, "I don't have this or I don't have that or I can't do this or that," your focus becomes, "I'd like to have this, or know how to do that, or this is what I need to help me take the next step."

Write down what you can do to acquire the resources you need - again brain storm a bit here. Write down whatever comes to mind. If nothing comes to you right away don't get caught up in frustration. Just relax and say, "The knowledge or help I need will come to me at the right time," and let it go, release it and expect it to show up.

Bonus tip: Be open to the avenue the Spirit chooses to use

What you want may not always show up packaged the way you think it should, so be open and willing to go with the flow. Keep your eyes open and pay attention. The Spirit has a way of working things out in perfect harmony, perfect synchronicity. Once your answer shows up go with it, do what's necessary to be done and don't allow doubt to cloud your mind.

Changing your life may seem like an overwhelming frustrating process. But it doesn't have to be if you're given simple doable step-by-step strategies that will get you from feeling stuck, frustrated and overwhelmed to being self-empowered.

Action Thursday - Getting into the Creative Mode to Attract What You Want - Level 3 & 4

The creative mode to attract what you want first starts in the mind. However, it is an unfolding process that works smoothly one step leading into the other. But many times the results of this process does not work out the way we anticipated because of intervening circumstances that are most often created by our own thoughts and inactivity.

So let's look at Levels 3 and 4 of the creative mode.

Level 3 - Action
Level 4 - Results

As you can see, levels 3 and 4 work together in harmony; action bringing about results. Let's take a closer look at action in relation to results. In order to get results you must take action. But the thing is the action taking is not always totally dependent on you. Yes, there are certain incidences in which you must take action. But I would put action taking more in terms of:

Being open to what the Spirit has to offer

Be open to the Spirit guidance. Now, you may not be called upon in the process to act. Sometimes the Spirit moves other people into position to act. You must know your part in the creative process and that is to be in ready mode at all times, paying attention to what's in front of you at all times and move when prompted to do so. In this state of mind you will move into position to experience what you desire to manifest.

So don't get so caught up in the, "what do I got to do" but get caught up in being in ready mode. So if someone is prompted to give you a business opportunity, job opening or take you out on a date, when you are in ready mode, paying attention and listening inward to the Spirit, you'll be able to go with the flow instead of trying to make something happen.

Everything will work out in sync with seamless effort. It's like walking through a mall and when you get to the door, the door just opens up automatically in front of you. We need to state our desire and allow things to unfold in our lives.

Are you struggling in a particular area and need to know what you should do next? Look within your heart, find your truth - what you desire most, make your request, release the outcome, stay in ready mode and allow everything to unfold, then act when you are required to - the phone rings, answer it, an email comes, open it and respond. It may very well be the answer you're looking for on the other end.

And speaking of answers, do you need help to get unstuck with what you're struggling to change? Sign up for  your Free 30-Minute Self-Empowerment Coaching Session at

Action Thursday - 5 Action Steps to Go with the Flow to Manifest Your Desire

Going with the flow not only gets you in sync with the universal energy but it also puts you into a relaxed state of mind so you're open to receive what the Spirit has to offer at each given moment. When you are tangled in frustration and/or preoccupied with negativity, you hinder your mind from being consciously present to see what's in front of you - what the Spirit has brought to you for your benefit.

So let's look at 5 action steps you can take right now to go with the flow to manifest your desire.

Step #1 - What do you want to manifest?

What is it you truly desire? Come face to face with this because this is the starting point before anything physically manifests. All that we see in our universe came into existence because of a desire - whether the desire came from the Great Universal Spirit or from us, consciously or not - it all began from a thought that became emotionally charged into a strong desire and continued to take form from there.

Step #2 - Relax

I cannot count how many times things have come to me when I was in a relaxed state, often not even thinking about my desire at the time - the answer just showed up. When we're full of negative energy - anger, frustration, stress - it makes it difficult for us to see the answer and the path we need to follow to get to the results we want.

Step #3 - Release the outcome

You do not know all the ways in which a desire can come into manifestation in your life and if you become rigid in receiving your desire in one way and one way only, you may very well be hindering your results. Releasing the outcome, letting go of how it will all work out or the path in which your desire will come gives the universal energy the freedom to bring it to you in the best way possible.

Step #4 - Be open

Be open to the channel through which the Spirit has chosen to help you. Watch out! This may come to you shrouded in adversity. E.g. you ask for a successful business but then you lose your job though on the surface this may seem like an unfortunate situation. But if you look for the hidden gem with eyes of positive expectation, laying beneath the surface you'll find the opportunity you've been waiting for but only manifests itself as you are open to the Spirit and expect the best outcome no matter what.

Step #5 - Take action!

What can you do right now? What do you feel you should do or could do or are inspired to do right now? It may be to just relax and allow - then do that. It may be that you need to start from where you are and use whatever resources are available to you right now. It may mean that you start moving and have an open heart and keep your eyes and ears open to where the Spirit is showing you to go to moment by moment. Whatever it is, do that, take action and in taking action what you need will show up to help you take the next step.

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Focus On The Joy Within to Overcome Struggles

Joy gives strength in spite of what your external circumstances may indicate. Think about what you're going through right now and then become conscious of what you're thinking about in relation to your circumstances. Is it positive or is it draining your life energy? Are you filled with joy or stress?

Here are 4 action steps you can use right now to focus on the joy within to overcome whatever struggle you're facing today.

Action Step #1 - Go from the head to the heart

What's your usual pattern when you're faced with an adverse situation? Do you think about the problem so much that your head hurts? Do you over-analyze until you feel drained? Think about your mental habit when dealing with your situation then go from the head to the heart. Release your mind from the mental turbulence and look within to your heart to the place of joy.

Action Step #2 - Feel the joy within

Consciously allow yourself to feel the joy within. Thinking about it is part of it but it's more of a feeling thing. As you feel the joy focus your concentration on this feeling energy and allow your mind to become free from mental entanglement.

Action Step #3 - Remain in the energy of joy

Let this joyous vibration remain in you as you go about your day and work through the process of resolution of your circumstances. As you feel the energy of frustration begin to overcome you again, shift your thoughts and emotions to the joy within.

Action Step #4 - Fuel that joy

Joy comes from the Spirit of Unconditional Love. Let the love of the Great Universal Spirit beam through your heart and continue to fuel the joy that's within. Action Thursday - Fear of Failure - Developing the Mindsets to Overcoming Fear of Failure - Part 4

As a child when you learned to walk, you looked forward to each day with renewed energy. When you opened your eyes no one could keep you from trying again. You did not dwell on the past. You didn't allow yesterday's spill to hinder today's progress. It seemed as if you had forgotten all about falling on your butt.

Here's Mindset #4 - Awake each day with renewed enthusiasm

It’s time to let go of yesterday's failure because they do not define or determine tomorrow's success. They can only hinder you if you dwell on them and take your eyes off the prize, off your target.

Use these action steps to generate enthusiasm.

Action step #1 - Using Mindset #4 as an affirmation repeat with conviction, “I awake each day with renewed enthusiasm to achieve my goal. I release my fear from my past failures and I’m open to today’s successes.”

Action step #2 – Focus on what you can do today that will bring you closer to your goal. What can you do differently than the other times that will better your chances of success?

Action step #3 – What lessons did I learn from my previous mistakes. Look for the hidden gems in your last attempt. They’ve left clues for you to improve but you’ll only see them as you look, not with the eyes of failure, but with the mindset of enthusiasm to glean the invaluable lessons waiting for you to grasp.

Action Thursday - 3 Action Steps to Take Empowered Actions

When you listen to the Spirit and follow Spirit guidance, empowered actions follow because you take strategic and exact steps leading you on the right path for you. Up until now you may have been taking action but still you find yourself confused and lost. It's time to use your time and energy wisely and effectively by taking empowered action steps from the Spirit.

Here are 3 action steps you can use right now.

Action Step #1 - Ask the Spirit for wisdom

When you ask for wisdom you are opening yourself for Spirit guidance. What you're actually saying is that you are not relying on your limitations or limited knowledge to resolve your situation. You are connected to the universal pool of knowledge to empower you from within.

Action Step #2 - Allow yourself to be directed by the Spirit

The Spirit is always ready and willing to help us, and in order to do so we must be willing to be directed. Listen for the next step you need to take, it will be shown to you. Keep your eyes and ears open for what comes next.

Action Step #3 - Put aside confusion

If you're feeling confused or overwhelmed and you're not sure which way to go, stop, release the confusion, center your mind on the peace within, relax and listen to your inner feelings and follow the inner guidance closely.

As you use these action steps, you'll find that life becomes easier and therefore less stressful as you cease to figure things out all on your own. It will save you a lot of wasted mental and physical energy which drains your life energy. You'll find that what you're looking for comes to you or unfolds effortlessly.

Where you find that you may have been trying to pull and tug on the doors of your answers to open, you'll find that they open with ease or you'll simply look and see the answer that's been hidden in plain sight all along. If you find that you've been taking action and you're getting nowhere, try these action steps to help you out of your personal maze.

Action Thursday - 5 Action Steps to Go Against the Status Quo to Manifest Your Desires

If you're constantly following the status quo, doing what everybody's doing, then you'll also be getting the same results as everyone else, and not getting what you truly desire. If you want something different from the crowd, you'll have to do things differently.

So how exactly do you go against the status quo to get what you want?

Action Step #1 - What are you struggling with?

Identify the area you're struggling with. What area of your life do you want to experience change but everyone around you is saying that's the way it is - they've come to accept this struggle as being normal.

For most of my life I've heard that childbirth is painful. The scenes on movies depict a painful but rewarding experience. Even with my other pregnancies, I've gone through accepting that pain is a normal part of the birthing process.

Action Step #2 - What would you like to experience differently?

Examine your lifestyle pattern in this area. How could things be different for you in spite of the 'norm'? Do you believe that there's another way to experience life other than what you're experiencing?

I discovered later on, after my 7th child, that I can have a painless natural childbirth and not with the use of drugs to numb my body either. I wanted this experience and I believed that it was possible for me. Your belief in a thing makes it possible for you even if you are not consciously aware of how to get it done at the moment.

Action Step #3 - What's the results you want?

What would your new experience be like? Use your imagination to create the new experience. What would it feel like? How are you thinking differently? What are your actions steps?

When you decide to move away from what is called the norm, even though you find yourself struggling with it, you'll find that you can discover an easier, more painless way of doing things and experiencing life. What you once thought as being normal may not necessarily be normal at all.

Action Step #4 - What material can you get on the subject?

Has anyone ever experienced what you'd like to experience? What methods did they use? How can you use this information for your benefit?

I used the material I got from my midwife to become more knowledgeable on the subject of a painless childbirth. This information gave me a good foundation to work with and build on to manifest the desire I had. I had the tools necessary and so I was ready.

Action Step #5 - What does your inner guidance say to you?

Even though you read other people's experiences, which is great, inspirational and motivational, remember that you are unique and your situation is unique to your personality. Follow the inner promptings and wisdom of the Spirit to direct you in the application of the information and also give you new insight when needed.

As I followed the guidance of the Spirit I was able to effectively apply the information and gain some new insight and techniques to help me.

Once you decide that you're going to have what you want and that you're not going to just go with what's the norm, the path you need to take will be shown to you and the help you need, will be available to you.

Just remember, not everyone's going to agree with you and that's okay because it's not their dream. But you can be an inspiration and light to those whose desires are the same as yours.

Action Thursday - 3 Action Steps to Develop the Power of Concentration

Developing the power of concentration is a powerful tool to helping you resolve whatever situation you're facing. Every problem has a solution waiting to be uncovered. But this solution often times requires the power of concentration to yield the answer to you.

In this article we'll uncover 3 action steps you can use right now to develop the power of concentration

Action Step #1 - Write out what you need resolved

Think of the goal you're working on and the area in which you're stuck. Try to be as specific as possible. During this process identify the area you're having success in and the area you need resolution. Write these out as two separate areas. It will help bring better clarity on what you need to focus on.

For example, you may be working on your relationship with your partner and you're having success spending more time together but when coming to communication there may be some breakdown in certain areas.

So you'd write down
- success area = spending more time together
- area needs working on = better communication

Or if you're working on a business, one area may prove to be productive while growth seems to be stunted in another. Specifically identify these areas as shown in the example above.

Action Step #2 - Visualize your outcome

Now that you've clearly identified the area you need to work on, clearly define what you'd like the end result to be. You see, you're looking at where you are now and where you need to be so you have a clear target that you're working towards.

Using the relationship example above, you identified that you and your partner are not open enough in your communication or you yell instead of talk with each other when dealing with more intense situations. What would your desired results be? - To be more open in your communication or communicate in a calmer manner when dealing with more intense situations. Visualize your outcome and write it down.

Action Step #3 - Get inspired ideas to manifest your desired outcome

Here's where most people get stuck because they don't know how to get from where they are to where they need to be. At this point you'll use 2 tools to get beyond this.

Tool #1 - Use your observational skills

What causes the break down in communication? What are you doing in your business that's not working? Think about the last time you tried to communicate what happened? What triggered the argument? As you use your observational skills to mentally observe your own behaviour and that of your partner or to observe your business, you'll begin to see patterns that trigger certain reactions and results.

Tool #2 - Use the Law of Thinking

Now begin to activate the Law of Thinking. You identified the problem, you used your observational skills to determine where you're getting the snags in your relationship, business or whatever goal you're working on, now through the Law of Thinking, brain storm possible solutions to resolve the situation. Write these down.

Implement your best ideas but keep an open mind and listen within for other inspired ideas that surface from within you. Also give room to allow things to unfold naturally as well. Because when you begin this process it's amazing how things are set in motion and start to work themselves out easily and effortlessly as you move forward toward your desired results.

Action Thursday - 3 Questions You Should Ask Yourself Before Helping Others

When you do something good for another person it is normal to feel good about that. But what's the true motive behind that help? Is it to help them or to gain brownie points for yourself? What you do for others should be done out of love and not to please them with the motive of winning their approval.

Before you agree to help someone ask yourself these 3 questions so your motives are in the right place and you're not doing it to be a people pleaser.

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Go Deeper to Experience the Power of Unconditional Love

If you truly want to experience the power of Unconditional Love in your life you will need to make the decision to set aside the time to enter into the silence and become consciously away of Love's presence. It is in the awareness that the connection is made so you can begin to experience Love's embrace.

Let's look at some action steps you can take to make more time to enter the silence so you can go deeper to experience the power of Unconditional Love in your life.

Action Step #1 - Analyze your schedule

Get a pen and paper out and write out your daily schedule. Once completed, look over your schedule to see what could be eliminated or what you could spend less time doing. Ask, "Is this really important? Is this adding value to my life and how is it helping me achieve the goals I want?

Action Step #2 - Schedule your quiet time

When you consciously schedule your quiet time, you'll find it helpful for you to remember to spend this time connecting to your power Source. It will also help you create the daily habit needed to fit in with your schedule and not become something that you do once in a while.

After you've eliminated or minimized the time spent on activities that aren't adding value to you, adjust your schedule to include your silent time. Let it be priority, first thing of the day so you become powered up from within to go through the day.

Action Step #3 - Scheduled Increments

If you've scheduled a larger portion of your quiet time in the morning, schedule smaller increments during the day to find a quiet place, withdraw your attention from the external world and get into your inner 'closet' so you can re-energize your life-energy.

My morning quiet hour is so important for me as it rejuvenates me and set the tone for the rest of the day. I find when I miss this time, I find myself feeling agitated and not as calm when dealing with other issues as they arise. I spend my quiet time until I feel satisfied from within. It's like having a big morning meal and then having smaller meals throughout the day.

Action Step #4 - Develop the habit of inner consciousness

Once you have your schedule in place, you can begin to take this up a notch. Develop the habit of inner consciousness. And what I mean by that is no matter what you're doing be in conscious awareness of the Spirit within you. Involve the Spirit in all you do. Be in constant communication with the Spirit as if you were consciously aware of a friend with you at all times.

As you do this, you are allowing the Presence of Unconditional Love to influence all you do. You will continue to sink your roots deeper into love and you'll grow stronger and experience more of the Presence and Power of Unconditional Love.
