Lack of Self-Confidence Keeping You Stuck? (Your weekend homework)

If you are struggling with self-confidence when it comes to succeeding to achieve your goals, then this is for you.

One of my subscribers sent me an email asking about being more confident to achieve goals relating to being successful with his studies and struggling with remembering past mistakes.

I hope you’ll use the information I’ve shared to help you reach your goals and free yourself from your past mistakes.

Here’s my answer, along with some resources for you to put to use over the weekend.

One of the interesting things in life is that mistakes and failures are part of our growth process. The thing is, we often look at it from a negative point of view instead of seeing the positive and the lessons we can learn from our mistakes and failures.

If you were to shift your thinking and look at your mistakes as pointers to improve and use them as stepping stones for success then you'll find that you can be encouraged to continue to move toward your goal.

Let me use a practical example. When you were a baby and you first started learning to walk, you fell many times didn't you? Sure you did. Sometimes you fell so hard, perhaps bumped your head, you cried but you didn't give up. You kept going, tried again and now today you've mastered the art of walking.

Here's another one. You typed this email to me, correct? When you first started to learn to type, didn't you make mistakes, perhaps a lot of them? Right? Well that didn't stop you. You just figured out that the mistake you made was not the correct way to type and you corrected it, didn't you?

Well it's the same thing with what you're doing now. In order to perfect your studies in English, you need to see that each error you make is an opportunity to correct it and get better at learning English. Learn from it. Master it and keep moving forward.

A baby never says I'll not walk anymore because it's too hard or I'm afraid to fall or other people will laugh at me. That's a learned behaviour and one that our society has adopted as a behaviour. But that's not who we are when we were first born. So, just remember that whenever you feel like giving up and as you continue towards your goal.

I've included 3 resources here for you to help build your self-confidence.

Getting My Body Back Friday - Don't Let a Lack of Encouragement Stop You From Achieving Your Goals

Feeling discouraged? Have no one around to encourage and support you in achieving your goals? Don't let a lack of encouragement stop you from reaching your desired results.

If you are surrounded by family and friends who don't see and understand your vision don't let that stop you because you may be the light for them to follow, to show them that they too can achieve their goals and live their dreams.

Sometimes all it takes is one person who's willing to stand up in support of their dream and the others will follow. Many uncharted lands have been crossed by people who were willing to take the risk and create their own paths.

They did not wait for someone to show them the way. They followed the strong desire in their hearts to make a difference in their lives and the lives of their families even if they were the only ones who had ever done what they were doing. If you are willing to go all the way, dare to take the risk, the universal power will be available to help you cross to the finish line.

Here are some nuggets you can use to help you stay encouraged on your journey to achieving your goals.

Nugget #1 - Encourage yourself

Sometimes you may be the only cheerleader on your team. You may be the one to do your own motivational self-talk. Find a song that will keep you encouraged and stir up your energy and creative juices inside. Pat yourself on the back. Praise yourself. It's what you're saying to yourself that will make the difference in making it to the manifestation of your goals.

Nugget #2 - Find a group of like-minded individuals

If you don't have family and friends who support you, find a community or online group where you can share experiences and encouragement. You don't have to go it alone. Many support groups have been set up for many different topics. Just find one that meets your needs and participate in them.

Nugget #3 - Use motivational material

Borrow from your library, purchase or watch online motivational material. YouTube is loaded with all kinds of positive videos you can use to listen to some great people who share their experiences and how to's. Take what resonates with you and use it.

Nugget #4 - Develop an unstoppable mindset

Let nothing stand in your way of achieving your goals - "I'll keep moving forward one step at a time until I reach my goal. I'm successful. I awaken the Spirit of greatness within me. I will overcome every obstacle that stands in my way. I am strong." Focus on your goal, own it and strengthen your mind.

Nugget #5 - Connect with the Universal Wisdom

Even though I have listed this as the last it should be the first thing you do to overcome lack of encouragement. Let the Universal Wisdom be your guide and inner strength. Send your roots deep down as you spend time in quiet meditation. This is where you go beyond your will power to gain power from within. You'll draw exactly what you need, when you need it and at the time you need it.

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Overcome Obstacles to Achieve Your Goals

Each day you may be faced with challenging situations which can sometimes turn into obstacles. If you allow them, these obstacles can become roadblocks to achieving your goals. Roadblocks may block the path you're currently on but they don't have to become deterrents from your final destination.

In this article we'll look at 4 action steps you can take right away to overcome obstacles so you can achieve your goals.

Action Step #1 - Clearly identify your goals

What is it you want to achieve? Clear away the confusion and frustration from your mind so you can clearly see your target. A mind clouded by confusion and frustration will take your focus off of your true goals. Regroup and refocus your attention to where you're going.

Action Step #2 - Clearly identify your obstacle

Look at where you are now. Look at where you desire to be. What's keeping you from getting there? Clearly identify it. Once you uncover the obstacle that's keep you from reaching your goal you can brainstorm ideas to work around them.

Action Step #3 - Clearly identify your options

What are you options? You could decide to do nothing and give up - but that's an option that would not help you realize your goal. What else can you do to enhance your relationship? What information or skills do you need right now to improve your business? What can you do right now?

At this point you're activating the law of thinking and as you begin to brainstorm, with an open mind, for a way around your obstacle, you'll begin to attract inspired ideas to help you. More ideas will come as you focus on coming up with a solution. Your ideas may or may not all be generated from you. But it doesn't really matter. Resolution is what you're really after, right?

Action Step #4 - Clearly identify your action steps

You've brainstormed and came up with a few options to get beyond your obstacles. Now, break down these action steps into smaller daily steps you can use to get around the blockage and back onto the path towards your desired results.

For example, in your relationship you can take daily action to improve your communication by listening more attentively to what your partner is saying. Or if you want to deepen your spiritual connection so you can experience more inner peace and joy in your life, set aside 15 minutes each day in meditation so you can become more in tuned with the Spirit.

Bonus step - Tweak your actions

Are the action steps you've implemented producing better results? You obviously need to give it some time and consistency to see positive results as you measure your progress. Tweak your actions along the way making the necessary adjustments as you go along. Don't be afraid to try something new or improve on what you're doing if something's clearly not working.

** ==> Remember last week I asked if a life-changing map would help you? Well, tomorrow is the day I give you all the details and how you can get access to this simplified process to transform your life. Keep an eye out for this information; you don't want to miss it!

How to Overcome Obstacles to Achieve Your Goals - Develop these 3 Mindsets

Are you struggling to overcome obstacles in your life? If you are facing obstacles right now you may feel tempted to give up. But hold on, you may be closer than you think to reach your goal. The problem often is not the goal but in the way you're processing the adversity at that moment.

So here are 3 mindsets you can use to shift your thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

Mindset #1 - Focus on your goal

When you keep your goal in sight this will help you stay on track and keep you motivated to press through the obstacles. If you give in to the distractions from adversity, you'll go off course. You know the problem is there but your focus is on finding a way to reach your destination instead of becoming paralyzed by your outward condition.

Let's look at a practical example. You are going to the mall and find the road you would normally take blocked because of construction. Do you give up, turn around and go back home? No. You find another route to your destination. You didn't change your target, you just changed the route.

It's the same with going after your goal. Yes, you may be facing obstacles but instead of giving up completely on your desire look for another way of achieving the same goal.

Mindset #2 - Maintain a clear positive mind

Keep your mind free from negativity. Feelings of depression may set in because you're beginning to wonder if you'll ever manifest your desire. Maintain a clear positive mind - "I will achieve my goal no matter how long it takes or how many times I have to get up again and keep moving forward." Encourage yourself. Surround yourself with people who would encourage you as well, especially in the moments of your own weakness.

Mindset #3 - Be unstoppable

See yourself as being unstoppable. See your adversity as only a temporary condition that will be resolved - the answer you need will come. Nurture a state of mental strength. Elevate yourself above your situation and do not allow your situation to become greater than you.

What do I mean? If you focus so much on what's holding you back you can become disempowered; you begin to make a mountain out of a molehill. But if you focus on being unstoppable - that you will win, that you will succeed at what you set out to achieve - you position yourself in a place of strength and what you need to break through will come to you one step at a time.

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps to Stay Motivated to Achieve Your Goals Even After the Excitement is Over

Even though you are passionate about reaching your goals sometimes you may not feel as motivated to keep going forward, especially when things may not be going or working out according to your initial expectation. We all face discouraging situations as we set out on our journey to achieving our goals, whether it's emotional or physical setbacks.

So let's look at 4 action steps you can take right now to get that motivational spark of energy get you up and taking action each day.

Action Step #1 - See yourself as already achieving your goal

If you visualize yourself as already experiencing your desire, the emotional attachment to that desire alone will get you moving to take that one more step you may need to reach your goal. A strong enough desire will stir up emotions in you which will in turn fuel your motivational action taking level.

Action Step #2 - Set smaller achievable goals

Set smaller daily goals, within your large goal, that you can do right away. The size of your overall goal may seem overwhelming and out of immediate reach. But if you break it down in more measurable size it can become less intimidating.

Let's say you decided that you wanted to remodel your home but then find the task quite overwhelming, what can you do? Instead of trying to do everything all at once, take it room by room until you get it all done. You can also set smaller goals for getting each room completed, like packing up one day, painting the other etc. Do the same for the other rooms as well. Get the idea? Transfer this information to your personal goals.

Action Step #3 - Define your action steps

What can you do today, this week, this month that will lead you closer to the finish line of your desire? What can you do today in your relationship that will contribute to the overall health of a happy relationship? What can you do today that will get you started in the direction of your dream career? What can you do today that will help you change your financial situation?

Smaller consistent steps make great progress over time. Have a daily check list in order of priority and check off each task as you complete them. You'll begin to feel a sense of accomplishment and this will continue to motivate you to keep pressing forward.

Action Step #4 - Take Action

This may seem like an obvious step, but it's amazing how we can say we want certain things in our lives but and have set our goals and even have gone as far as creating smaller goals but the most important thing as taking action never gets done. Specify the day and time that you will begin to do what you set out in your small goals - actually schedule it in as part of your daily activity. Without this you'll likely put it aside and procrastinate. Make it priority.

Action Thursday - 4 Action Steps To Use the Power of Intentions to Achieve Your Goals

Achieving your goals may seem like an overwhelming task, but it doesn't have to be when you understand the power of your intentions.

Whether or not you currently have all of the mental and physical ability and equipment needed to achieve your goals, you can attract whatever you need to help you reach your desire with the power of intentions.

In this article, we will cover 4 action steps you can implement right away to use the power of intentions to position you to achieve your goals.

Action Step #1 - Have a mental picture of your outcome

When you know what you want and have a clear image of your results, you can work towards your target. Putting this image on paper will help you become clear as you have to specifically express what you desire to accomplish. You can also use a picture to be the physical expression of what you want manifested in your life. Just make sure that you are emotionally connected to that image if you choose to go that route. You must own it as your own and fuel the desire with your emotions.

Action Step #2 - Fill your eyes with your outcome

When you find you're not getting the results you want check yourself. What are you seeing? What are your eyes focused on? Are you seeing the results you want or are your eyes fixated on feelings of self-doubt - your seeming inability to achieve your goals? Are you seeing overwhelmed, confusion or lack of resources?

What mental image are you focused on that's taking you in the opposite direction of your goal? Remember, the brain sees in pictures, not necessarily what you're saying you want to accomplish. All of you must come into alignment with your desire. Make the mental shift to believe in yourself and see through the eyes of belief that you can achieve your goals.

Action Step #3 - Let go and wait

After you state what you desire, release the outcome. Don't try to figure out how it will all come together. Too much of the wrong mental action blocks inspiration from coming to you and creates a barrier of confusion to what's real. Relax and wait for the answer to come, for the direction in which you should go.

Action Step #4 - Take inspired action

What do you feel impressed to do that will take you closer to achieving your goal? be open to and pay attention to what's happening around you as other people are mobilized towards helping you to either get the information or equipment you need or to give you the support necessary to help get to your target goal even faster.

Achievement - How to Summon the Universal Agents to Help You Achieve Your Goals

If you are struggling to achieve your goals know that you are not alone. The universal agents are available and working on your behalf. The key is in knowing how to summon them to help you. We are all part of the whole and as the soil does not discriminate in giving its power of growth for plant growth, so too, the Great Universal Spirit does not discriminate against helping you achieve your goals.

In this article we will look at how to come into alignment to summon the Universal Agents to help you achieve your goals.

Set your intentions

Your intention is the authoritative word that gets the universal energy working for you. As the energy of your intention transmits out into the universal ether other similar energies are attracted to it working together to bring your desire into physical expression. Be very clear on what you want the outcome to be and state with clarity your intentions, the desire you want to manifest.

Keep in mind that you can also set your intention with just a simple thought. I've come to see things manifest in my life with a simple passing thought. My heart is always open to what the Spirit has offer for the good of my personal growth.

Believe that you will achieve your goal

Disbelief will short-circuit your results. It's like a short in your electrical equipment. No matter how much electricity is available for you to operate that vacuum in your house if there's a defect in the wiring you will not succeed in getting it to work to vacuum your carpet.

Disbelief works in the same manner. It's cuts off your ability to effectively accomplish the tasks needed to achieve your goal because if you believe that you are not worthy of the goal or are incapable of achieving it or getting the help you need, you'll be unable to materialize your desire.

Say, "I know that I will achieve my goal and everything is working out on my behalf even now. Thank you. I am open to receive my desire."

Release the outcome

Going against the flow creates stress and frustration. This energy creates confusion which opens the doors for other negative energies to hinder the progress of reaching your goals. Nature works in harmony and grows everything with ease and effortlessly. Look at nature around you and you will see that this is true. Make a decision to achieve your goals in much the same way with everything flowing in harmony as you move from one task to another.

As opportunity presents itself don't hesitate but move with it. Be alert and pay attention to the doors that open and the direction in which the Universal Agents are taking you. Don't try to control things as you don't know all of the avenues through which the Spirit can create the path for your desire to come into realization. Trust the Senior Partner of wisdom in this process.

Achievement - The Power of Setting Your Intentions to Achieve Your Goals

Whether you want to change career, enter into a relationship or enhance one, start a business or create a happier life, achievement of any goal requires the conscious power of setting your intentions for its attainment.

When you set your intentions to create the desired outcome to achieve your goals, miracles happen. There's power in making a whole hearted decision to create a particular outcome.

In this article we will cover 4 tips that will help you use the power of setting your intentions to achieve your goals. And if you use these tips daily your life will unfold with ease and less stress.

Tip #1 - No goal is achieved until you're whole heartedly decided

Eliminate all wavering and let all of you agree with what you want. Your own doubts will sabotage any progress you've made and stop you right in your tracks from pressing forward toward the finish line. Let go of your doubts, release them.

Tip #2 - Summon the universal agents to help you

Let it go and allow the universal powers to work on your behalf. Your intention is the authoritative word that gets the universal energy working for you. Your part in this process is becoming clear on what you want and deciding to have it. Know that you will have it, state what you want and then let it go. Don't try to force things to happen. The energy of your desire will go out from you attracting back to you similar thoughts that will come in alignment to your own to bring your desire into physical form.

Tip #3 - Use your observational skills - pay attention

If action is required on your part, you'll get the inspiration and know what to do and become energized to do it. Every situation is different. Don't become too rigid in how it should all work out. Just be alert to the movement of the Spirit. Pay attention. Some situations require you to act while others will require you to sit still and observe as others are mobilized on your behalf. Go with the flow, be open and flexible.

Tip #4 - Express gratitude

Always be thankful for the outcome - at the beginning of the journey, in the middle and at the end when you've finally achieved your goal. Gratitude will keep the channel of success and abundance open to you. It will keep you at a high energy level, full of faith and put you on the track to receive more of what the Spirit has to offer.
