Getting My Body Back Friday - Can Using Healthy Competition be a Motivator to Reach Your Ideal Weight Goal?

Can a little healthy competition help you achieve your weight goals? What do you think? We're about to find out for sure.

My eldest daughter, Shenelle and I agreed to a competition to see who will lose the first 10 pounds by my birthday, September 18. Well the competition just got hotter as Dad and our second daughter Grace decided to join in.

Me - 10 pounds by September 18. We'll show before and after pictures then.

Shenelle - 10 pounds by September 18.

Dad's focusing on getting back his 'washboard' not that he has far to go but he's working on it.

Grace, the muscle girl, wants to increase her muscles. Grace had been my personal trainer in the past and is now working with Shenelle. Do you think Shenelle has the advantage here? How fair is that huh?

I'd say Shenelle's got some stiff competition here cause Dad and I are no push overs lol.

So we're off and working hard - walking, jogging, bike riding, weight lifting and eating tons of veges and drinking lots of water. Shenelle and I have taken measurements and well, the measurement tape will tell the rest of the story by September 18th.

I'm rooting for me lol. But it's a great motivator I tell yuh.

Hope you decide to join us and press forward toward your weight goal too.

Getting My Body Back Friday - Coming Out of your Comfort Zone to Better Health and Ideal Weight

As with anything in life, if you are to create change in your health and reach your ideal weight, you need to come out of your comfort zone. There are 3 levels of adjustment that are required to help you make the change your need to reach your goals. Let's look at them now.

Level #1 - Spiritual Comfort Zone

When we connect to our spiritual source and make our identification with Spirit we begin to draw life-sustaining energy that rejuvenates and enliven our cells in our bodies. We also begin to think of ourselves differently, as powerful spirit beings that's unlimited and not limited by our physical bodies. This renewed way of identification releases us from the societal pressure of thinking that we have to look a certain way to be accepted or to be worth anything.

Level #2 - Physical Comfort Zone

Making the change from a passive lifestyle to a more active one requires making the decision to come out of one's comfort zone. What are you doing physically that's contributing to your poor health and increased weight? As you look at what you're doing on a regular basis, look at what you can do differently.

Sometimes it's not in the major changes that creates the results, but the small consistent activities that can make a huge difference. So instead of going all out only to find yourself feeling overwhelmed and resenting the new change. Take it one step at a time.

10 minutes walking each day will do you a whole lot of good than 1 hour once a month. Making small adjustments to your meals, one meal at a time each day, can help you achieve more permanent results than trying to change it all at once and then feeling intense cravings which leaves you feeling frustrated.

Level #3 - Mental Comfort Zone

Your mind can help you move forward or remain stuck where you are. It influences you both on the spiritual and physical planes. Make the necessary adjustments in your thinking to shift you from where you are to where you want to be.

What can you do right now to change your thinking patterns to enhance your health and weight goals? How do you see yourself? What can you do to change the way you think about and see yourself? Do you see yourself as whole? Remember, when you get your mind in the right gear everything else follows along. Removing the mental blockers that keep you hostage to ill-health and increased weight will steer you in the right direction.

Getting my body back Friday - Small but effective!

Why starting small or starting slowly may prove to be more effective to achieving your ideal weight.

How many times have you started an exercise routine and end up falling off? You're all excited about working out. The first day you could go on and on. A week or two into it you're okay, but then, you begin to slack off one day at a time until you stop altogether. I know I've been there.

Why does this happen? As with anything new, you have to set a new programming into your subconscious mind. You've gone from no exercise at all and then suddenly you're getting into this new routine that's contrary to your internal programming. Your inner blue print is rejecting this because this is not your habitual way of living.

When you begin to take small steps at a time, you're slowly reprogramming your subconscious programming. Starting with something that you know you could do, like walking for 30 minutes every day or five days a week, will begin to send the new message to your subconscious mind which will begin to yield its automatic power to you and cause you to naturally want to exercise and keep exercising. Even if you fall off, you'll want to or rather long to go back to exercising because it's now embedded within you.

As you continue with this new habit, your body will want to go for these walks and would enjoy the fresh air. You could also add jogging to the routine.

Any new change requires persistence. But when you're persistent with the small steps it would become easier to be more habitual in your new way of life.

Getting my body back Friday - Let go and trust the process

The ultimate challenge in achieving any goal is letting go and trusting the process to bring the results you're expecting. Many times I have to remind myself of this; feeling at times that I want to go from A to Z and skip the process - B down to Y. It is the B Y process where we build strength, stamina, character and integrity and the lessons we learn during this time are invaluable. These lessons could never be experienced at A or at Z, which are the beginning of any desire and the ending - the attainment of that desire.

If you're making a dress, you must go through the process. If you're building a house, you must go through the process, if you are writing a book, you must go through the process and in writing this blog post I must go through the process from the start, through the middle and then the end. There are no short cuts. Even if you someone bought you the dress, or built you the house, you still had a preparatory period before you even got it.

The alphabet is incomplete if you only have the A and the Z; no words are formed this way. As you work on your goal, when you've done all that you can do, relax and allow the process to work for you.

I've done all that is within my power to do - my workout, watching my food intake. Now, I must allow my body to do the rest - I must trust the process to get me to my ideal weight. I visibly see my body changing and patiently allow my body to reshape itself to manifesting my desire.

While we must be determined to achieve our goal, we must equally be patiently determined to let the process bring us to the finish line and disallow anxiety to hinder our progress.

Getting my body back Friday - Every day is a new beginning!

No matter how far you’ve gone or how old you are, you can begin again today. As long as you can breathe and have the will to try, you can begin living your life. Even though you have failed many times, so much time has gone by or you may have wasted your earlier years, new beginnings is not just for the young.

If, like me, you want to gain your ideal weight but have never engaged in an exercise routine before, or have not done so for a long time, it is never too late to start. You can start today, one step at a time, moving at your own pace.

Decision, determination and perseverance are the three elements needed to change your life and achieve any goal. Once you’ve made a decision to make a comeback, keeping at your pace helps to negate the feeling of being overwhelmed.

I discovered that lesson years ago. I’ve tried to keep up with all of the exercises on workout DVD’s and realized it was too overwhelming for me and I became quite discouraged. I decided, “You know what? I’m going to do this according to my own style and at my own pace and chosen number of repetitions.”

I decided that I would start slowly with stretches and as I got stronger added other moves into my routine. Before long, my body was asking for more. I felt the urge to go for brisk walks and even took up jogging. That was amazing.

Whatever journey you embark on, ensure you follow what you feel is right for you and allow other things to fall into place, naturally. You, too, can begin again.

What area of your life you feel like you need a fresh start?

Creating change that lasts - Part 3 - Be determined

Getting my body back - Day 124

Even after you've made your decision to achieve your goal, you need to be determined to seeing it through until you reach the finish line. You see, when you first set yourself to do something, you're all hyped up and ready to go. But the true test is when you're faced with discouragement, challenges and obstacles - that's when you need to dig deep inside of you, that's when you need a strong 'it' or 'why' to keep you going. Your reason for achieving a goal must be strong enough to support and carry that desire to fruition.

When you're faced with comments from the naysayers, your determination pushes you passed their negativity. They don't share your dream and passion and they will not see it from your viewpoint because #1 - they are not you, and #2 - the passion to see the goal is not inside them. Your naysayers will have passion for whatever they choose to achieve for themselves.

Not because someone did not succeed at what you're trying to achieve means that you will fail, as well. Perhaps they did not achieve their goal because they gave up too soon, just when they were at the point of breaking through or they let others discourage them when the pressure built up.

But when you are determined to have your desire, despite the opposition, everything will fall into place once you keep the faith, you believe and you know. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for things to unfold, but keeping the flame of your desire burning strong in your heart and mind will certainly cause the doors to open in due season. Determination causes you to be opened to new ways of action or direction to achieving your goal.

Fuelling words: I am determined to achieve my ideal weight goal regardless of any obstacles or delays.

Desire vs. purpose

Getting my body back - Day 94

Establishing a purpose for what you do gives you the strength to keep going during the developmental growth process. Purpose makes you feel passionate about what you do - that which you enjoy and look forward to doing.

Purpose is the driving force behind desire and is the flame which keeps desire alive. It is the reason why you desire what you desire and that which causes you to persevere until the manifestation of the desire.

Purpose comes in various forms, whether it's your life purpose, a decision purpose or motivation for achieving a particular goal - your purpose behind your desire will be the final decision for its attainment.

Let's look at some examples:

We desired to grow a garden. Well, that's great, but what's the purpose behind it? Just for fun? I don't think so. It is fun, yes. But our main reason is to not only eat healthy but to save money on fruits and vegetables. Seeing that we're a large family we go through these really fast.

Our purpose/reason for having this garden is our motivation for picking out those tiny weeds, feeling aches and pains in our backs and in muscles we forgot we had and many days enduring mosquito bites. It is true that we have gained tremendously from this experience. The lessons, both naturally and spiritually are invaluable and the physical exercise, amazing. And now that we're beginning to eat some of the vegetables from the garden, it was all worth it.

I desire to get to my ideal weight of 120 lbs. But my purpose is the only thing that keeps me going, which is to fit into a size 7/8 again, feel a whole lot lighter and more energized. Oh, the joy. I could see it now.

I desire to write inspirational articles and books. But my purpose for doing so is an avenue to inspire others to change from the inside out. To share with others the tools which they can use to truly change their lives and know that they can attain that which they set out to - they can have whatever they desire and even better if they connect to the Spirit which changes them inside out.

What is your desire? What is your purpose? State your desire, but use your purpose with Spirit to propel that desire into manifestation.

Fuelling words: I desire what I desire, but I live on purpose to manifest my desires.

Be flexible

Getting my body back - Day 76

Sometimes I find myself getting into such a rigid schedule; things have to be done at this time, this way and for so long. Rigid schedules could suck the life out of enjoyment at times, leading to stress when you don't keep to the schedule.

Where schedules are important, it is also equally important to relax and be flexible because it may be the time when you are being sent an awe-inspiring idea. When you are so hung up on keeping to schedule, you may be setting yourself up to missing the most inspiring moment of your life.

God does not always work on our timetables and schedules. However, the timing of the Spirit is always perfect and right on time.

If we allow ourselves to be flexible in our daily activities, we find ourselves relaxed and in tuned as everything that we are so concerned about falls into place. God is quite aware of the responsibilities we have, and God also knows how to fulfill every obligation that we must fulfill. As a matter of fact, some of the things that we put as priority sometimes are not as important as the amount of emphasis we place on them.

When you find yourself becoming overwhelmed and stressed, you have detached yourself from Spirit and for that moment have become independent. But once you turn and look within and relax your grip on the outcome of your day, you are giving the Spirit the opportunity to work on your behalf and you are giving yourself the opportunity to be released from stress and frustration.

Let go, let God and walk with the Spirit to meet all your obligations.

Fuelling words: I let go and let God work out the finer details of how to reach my ideal weight.

Getting to your ideal goal with the Spirit

Getting my body back - Day 75

Father's week was great and now it's time to get back to manifesting my ideal weight.

With the nice weather here, I've found it boring doing my regular exercise routine. I began paying attention to what I was truly feeling inside and discussing with God how I felt. I know I desire to get to my ideal weight goal, but I felt that I needed to incorporate my exercises into my regular schedule; something that was naturally worked into my schedule and that I enjoyed doing.

After that inner connection, I went about my daily activities, one of which included working out in our huge garden. I tell you; the work that I do out in the garden doesn't feel like work but leans more on the fun side.

After my garden workout I felt aches in places and muscles I forgot I had. Even in my regular exercise routine, I don't think I've really worked out these muscles. Talk about a full body workout naturally and effortlessly. I say 'effortlessly' because as I said before, even though I was working, I was having fun, even with the aches. I'm seeing more results now than when I was only doing my workout routine.

Now, that works for me. Do you find yourself engaging in boring routines perhaps necessary to achieve your goals? There's never just one way to arriving at your desired results. If you allow yourself to be open to the Spirit you never know what inspired ideas you may be led into or think of. And as a matter of fact, the results of those ideas may be a short cut to achieving the same goal with more fun, less effort and less time.

The Omniscient Mind knows every path and every possible combination of ideas to get you to the results that you've been working on for many years now.

Stop and make connection to the inner Spirit, communicate your desired end results and look for and expect to receive the answer to the path you should take to getting to your ideal goal with the Spirit.

Fuelling words: I communicate consistently with the Spirit and discover new inspired ideas to the path I should take to achieve my desired results.

Praise - Part 4: Praise Your Loved Ones

Getting my body back - Day 73

Even though we love our family, at times we may tend to take them for granted ignoring the rich treasure we have. As we learn to appreciate our spouses, children, siblings, parents and other relatives, we begin to see the value in having them with us now and not when they've departed.

Now is the time to praise your spouse for just being there with you. Praise him or her for their contribution to your life. Praise him or her for their uniqueness. Yes, your spouse may say or do things that you may not approve of but consider yourself, as well. You are also not perfect. Look for the good and praise him or her for it.

Appreciate your children. You may feel like they're giving you gray hairs, but they are precious irreplaceable gems. Praise them for the good they do, show them and encourage them to see the good in themselves. In so doing, you'll be building their self-esteem and help them be confident.

Praising your loved ones brings a positive energy into your relationship with them and strengthens your family bond. When praise replaces criticism, the flames of your love for them is rekindled.

Fuelling words: The healing energy of my praise empowers me to keep moving towards my goal.

Deep breathing - relaxes the muscles and sends oxygen to the muscles where exercising alone would not reach.

Praise - Part 3: Praise Yourself

Getting my body back - Day 72

Everyone appreciates being praised by another and it is right to recognize other people's talents and successes. But many find it difficult to praise themselves; to find and recognize the goodness in their own talents, progresses and successes.

Genuine love for yourself begins by praising you. When you've become comfortable with praising yourself, appreciating you despite your imperfections, can you truly see the beauty in others and praise them too.

How do you begin to praise yourself?

Praise your mind for its creativity. "I appreciate the beauty of my creative ideas."

Praise your body for its beauty. "I love my body and appreciate my body for allowing me to express my creativity and enjoy the beauty of nature surrounding me."

Praise your soul for its divinity. "I appreciate my soul that keeps me connected to the Source of life and teach me how to live, love and be loved."

Find the good things in yourself and praise them; your beautiful eyes, your hair, your kindness, your inner strength, the way you articulate words, your organizational skills; appreciate you. And in so doing, it will be difficult for you to speak damaging words of yourself and insulting the Creator which created you. You'll feel good about who you are in your uniqueness.

Fuelling words: Body, you are so beautiful. You are wonderfully made. You are a fruitful vine. I thank you. I appreciate you.

Deep breathing, stretching, walking and integrating interval exercises during the day.

Praise - Part 2

Getting my body back -Day 71

The Habit of Praise

With the same measure in which we have made criticizing a habit, we equally and with an even greater measure, need to make praise a habit and a lifestyle. As we honour those around us, not just our families but those within our communities and even the stranger, we are honouring ourselves. For whatever we put out will come back to us in the same measure.

How to make change a habit

1) As with all things, you need to make a conscious decision to let praise be a dominant part of your thoughts, words and action, and therefore, become a part of your lifestyle. "I make a conscious decision to praise."

2) Shift your mental thinking of the way you see others, change your perspective. Purposely look for the good and praise it.

3) Look for the good in every situation no matter how bad things may seem. Praise the good.

4) Repetition and practice. Retrain your subconscious mind to be in total agreement with your conscious decision and yield its power to aid you when you consciously praise.

When you make that decision to praise instead of criticize and you're in a situation in which you would normal go toward the negative, you'll remind yourself to find and praise the good.

Fuelling words: I find and praise the good each day as I get closer to achieving my ideal weight.

Deep breathing, stretching, walking and integrating interval exercises during the day.

Mental Exercises - Part 6

Getting my body back - Day 69

As important and essential as it is to consciously focus on achieving your goal and creating that mental shift when necessary, another aspect we need to consider is the subconscious mind.

What is the subconscious mind?

I'm not going to go into any scientific or psychological way to describe the subconscious because I'm neither a scientist nor a psychologist. So in very basic terms I'll describe the subconscious as the inner autopilot of our stored personality and experiences which makes up our belief system.

It's that inner programming that causes you to walk without having to consciously think about how you're going to do that. You already did that when you were perhaps about the age of 1.

It's that part of you that stores all of the memory of riding a bicycle, so even though you may not have ridden one in years, you don't have to start learning all over again; it just comes automatically, maybe a little rusty at first, but all of the memory is still there.

It's that part that stores all of your driving instructions so you don't have to wake up every morning and take a driving lesson over again. This could be quite annoying.

When you're making changes in your life you need to not only make those changes on a conscious level but also on the subconscious level.

Why do you need to change on the subconscious level, as well?

Because everything you've made a habit of doing and have accepted as truth in your experience and to your perceptions have been appropriated in your subconscious. Your subconscious gives power to your conscious and comes in agreement with your conscious decision if you train it to.

If your change is only on the conscious level, before long your subconscious kicks in and short circuits what you're attempting to achieve. So when you say, "I weight 120 lbs when you've been hitting 180lbs, that little voice says, "What? Yeah, right! You wish!"

When you train your subconscious to agree with you, then when you make your statement, the subconscious agrees with you, there's no conflict and the rest of your body moves into alignment with what your conscious and subconscious mind agrees on. "Oh, why then are we at 180lbs, something's wrong here, we need to be at 120 lbs."

How do you make the changes on the subconscious level?

You already have the answer to this one. Go back to when you were learning to ride a bicycle, or drive a car - repetition, practice.

You listen for the subconscious response to the achievement of your new goal. Hear what it says and repeat the new order to it, over and over until it's implanted into your subconscious. You keep doing this as many times as necessary until you can finally say with all of you, "I can and know I can achieve this goal of __________ (fill in the blank).

Fuelling words: I can and know that I can achieve my ideal weight.

As I go about my daily activities, I am consciously emphasizing each bending movement, tightening leg muscles as I go up each step and incorporate stretching in between my activities.

Mental Exercises - Part 5

Getting my body back - Day 68

When engaged in mental exercises, you may sometimes fall off track and resort to old habits, old way of thinking. You may have allowed the external circumstances to blur your inner vision and therefore speak words not in alignment with your inner desire.

Keep in my mind that this is a transitory period; going from focusing on thinking thoughts due to the external images in your outer circumstances, to now focusing on thinking thoughts due to the internal images of your internal vision. We all have those moments and need to remind ourselves to get back on track.

How do you get back on track?

You shift your mental thinking. The more you practice this and make it a conscious decision, the more you'll remember and the quicker you'll shift your thinking to line up with the image you initially set out to manifest.

As you continue to do this, you'll find yourself more and more in the habit of keeping on top of things, mentally changing and creating your desired results despite what your outer circumstances are saying to you.

As a matter of fact, you'll begin to verbally say to your circumstances, I am healthy, even though your physical body is displaying physical symptoms that say otherwise. You'll say, I am wealthy, even though your physical bank account may be in the red. Or you'll say, I'm at 120 lbs, even though your physical body still shows baby fat. Okay, that part's personal. But you get the drift.

Make a mental decision to stay on track and practice staying off track. If you've fallen off, don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track and get 'your head in the game'. Before you know it, you'll be manifesting your desired results and begin working on another goal.

Fuelling words: I stay on track in my mental focus until I manifest my ideal weight.

Now that the good weather is here, incorporate exercise into your daily routine even as you go outside and are working around the house.

Mental Exercises - Part 4

Getting my body back - Day 67

Because thought is the life blood of the creative process, it is essential to be alert and be consciously aware of what thoughts are entering your mind.

Your thoughts should line up in accordance with what you wish to accomplish in your life or put another way, your thoughts should line up with what you wish to manifest in your outer world. Whatever thought comes to your mind, if you accept it, is saying to the universe, "I approve and this is what I want evidenced in my outer life."

When you come to the realization that there's a direct link between what your thought energy produces and your outward experiences, you'll develop a keen sensitivity to your thought patterns. You'd do well to consciously monitor these thoughts and address those thoughts that do not fall in line with what you desire to experience.

Observing your own thought patterns and behaviours brings you to a place of knowing certain thought triggers. For example, when I become overwhelmed, if I don't check myself, I find that feelings of depression step in bringing along with it negative thoughts. I've learned to immediately check myself and focus my thoughts on the things that I desire to be evidenced in my outer world.

Mastering mental discipline changes your perspective on life and as a result brings you to a place where you reap the benefits of those life-producing thoughts. Decide and determine today to be a master of your thoughts and change your world inside out.

Fuelling words: I am the master and gate keeper of my thoughts.

Walking is a great way to get out and enjoy the fresh air while getting my body into ship shape.

Mental Exercises - Part 2

Getting my body back - Day 65

How does one exercise the mind?

When you make a decision to attain an ideal weight, you get a clear mental picture of what you'd like to look like at that weight. Therefore, the first step to mental exercise is by getting very clear on what it is you desire to have or achieve.

Be specific as possible in deciding your final result. As discussed in Part 1, confusion sends mixed messages. When you are clear on what it is you desire to accomplish, you're sending clear mental images to your brain. Your brain sees in pictures not words. In addition, you're sending a clear specific thought energy to the universe which pools this thought energy bringing the desired result into form.

Once you're clear on what you desire, you are now able to constantly play this image over and over in your mind, your imagination, your visualization. You have a clear path to achieving your goal. This clarification is very important as it is the first step to prayer, the first step to decision making and all else builds from there.

The first discipline to mental exercises is concise and precise decision making. If you are unclear, you need to stop and open honest dialogue with yourself - "What is it do I really desire to achieve in _______?" Fill in the blanks. Once you can see the end results in your mind's eye, you can move forward.

Fuelling words: I remain very clear on the mental image of my ideal weight and see myself at this ideal weight.

Now that the good weather is here, incorporate exercise into your daily routine even as you go outside and are working around the house.

Mental Exercises - Part 1

Getting my body back - Day 64

Physical exercise does well for the body but mental exercise does even better, not only for the body, but for all areas of your life.

You assess situations and people from your perspective on life and from the way you think. Mental exercise brings you to the point of being in control of what you allow to enter your mind, the way in which you receive this information and processing of these thoughts and images.

You may have never been taught in school to train your mind and perhaps you've never been taught by your parents to do the same, as well. Most people are consciously unaware of how whatever they're putting in their minds is affecting their entire life.

Not because other people are doing something mean that it is right, and furthermore, not because society's behaviour is what is termed 'normal' means that it is right for you and who you desire to be. For example, jogging may be perfectly okay with some folks as a form of exercise but it may be detrimental to your knees and therefore do more damage to you than helping you. It all comes down to what you desire to achieve in your life.

When your mind is not disciplined, the result ends in confusion. Your mind (thoughts in your mind) sends messages directly to your brain and then to your body. Where confusion exists a mixed message is sent and your life has no clear direction.

When your mind is clear on the direction you've defined in your thoughts everything else falls into place.

Fuelling words: I exercise my mind daily to achieve my goals.

As I go about my daily activities, I am consciously emphasizing each bending movement, tightening leg muscles as I go up each step and incorporate stretching in between my activities.

Experience the essence of life - Part 4

Getting my body back - Day 63

Breathe in life, exhale stress and tension. Feel the air as the freshness travels through your nostrils filling your lungs and relaxing your entire body.

Breathing deeply gets your bodily functions pumping and releases toxins from your body promoting fat-burning.

Shallow breathing cheats you of the benefits you get from deep breathing and is the result of bad breathing habits and busy schedules.

When you slow down or stop and focus on deep breathing, you're allowing yourself to reconnect with nature, with God.

As you breathe in, visualize inhaling new life, greater strength and positive energy. Exhale and release heaviness, depression and negative feelings.

Deep breathing helps to clear your mind and allows you to focus your attention on whatever it is you're working on.

Fuelling words: With every exercise move I make I take a deep breath allowing oxygen to flow to my muscles.

Now that the good weather is here, incorporate exercise into your daily routine even as you go outside and are working around the house.

Experience the essence of life - Part 2

Getting my body back - Day 61

Experience the essence of life through your body. Love every inch of you. With all the media hype about the way you should look, the size you should be and if you're not there you're less than perfect, many people have a difficult time loving themselves. The message sent is that you're less than perfect if you're not dressed a certain way or weigh a certain weight.

Experiencing the essence of life does not mean that you stop enhancing and taking care of your body. It means that, in addition to improving your health and maintaining your weight, you enjoy and appreciate every cell in your body. You appreciate all the work that your body has to do to keep you alive despite the way it's treated at times.

Listen to and enjoy the beat of your heart. Perhaps you'll hear a new song in its rhythm. Feel the smoothness of your skin or feel the texture of your hair as you pass your fingers through it. Feel the movement of your body as you walk.

For all of your body was created by God and is of God and is made up of the substance of God. Appreciate God in your body and experience the true essence of life.

Fuelling words: I love every inch of me. I'm alive and full of God in every cell of my body.

Now that the good weather is here, incorporate exercise into your daily routine even as you go outside and are working around the house.

The role of your body

Getting my body back - Day 59

Your body plays a vital part of your life but it is not the one that gives the instructions and the deciding factor of who you are.

Your body's role is the physical expression of who you have decided to create yourself to be. It is the outward display of your inner declaration of your godly design.
