Creating Miracles - The Process - Part 2

There are situations in our lives that we know we need to change by stepping out and putting our faith into action, instead of walking by sight – waiting for external conditions to be favourable.

To step out by faith, however, takes a risk on our part; sometimes, not knowing the final outcome, or even, the next step until we get to that point. Following your heart and dreams is to walk by faith and not by sight. Every step you take would be by faith. You may not be able to see the whole plan, but as you step out, putting one foot at a time, the way becomes clearer, your total trust and confidence is in God, your inner senses become stronger, more keen/sharper.

Staying safe will yield its usual fruit, but leaving the safe region and stepping out in faith will yield a greater abundance, a greater harvest, producing a greater miracle. God has given you the power to create wealth. You have the creative power working in and through you. You can create exactly what you desire. You create your reality, by your belief, (your heart), your mind (your thoughts), your words (what you speak/say) and your actions. Your mind/thoughts work in sync with your outer world.

In achieving what we want, we need to follow the necessary steps in its attainment – the final outcome.

1) Thought – financial, spiritual, emotional.
2) Next step – pull out/collect, all the necessary ingredients – action plans/steps. These will come as you move along.
3) Put the plan into action – even if you only have one part, the other parts will come.
4) Reap the benefit.

God uses the small things in our lives to create big things. It took a small seed to grow into a huge tall tree. It also took a tiny fertilized egg to form a baby that grows into a great man or woman.

Allow the small seeds in your life to be developed to create change and produce miracles.

Check your dominant thoughts to change your life!

Whatever you are focused on, that's the direction you will go. Your words, your actions and even the events of your life will reflect what's within your inner world. Your dominant thoughts are what will take you in the direction of your life.

Let's use a practical example:

If you're going for a walk and looking away, you end up following the direction of your thought if you keep looking in that direction. If you quickly glimpse away and return to your original direction, it's easy to stay on track. But a long gaze will certainly take you off track the original direction and onto the new direction of your captured thought.

Another example:

If you're driving and you keep your focus straight ahead you have control of your vehicle. If you quickly glimpse away and return your focus, you may still be able to control the vehicle and stay on course. However, if you become distracted and start to look somewhere else, your vehicle will begin to swerve into that direction perhaps causing a major collision or land you in a ditch.

What ever is your dominant thought, that thought that is persistent and constant, will change the direction of your life. If you're not getting the results you desire for a long time, check your dominant thoughts to see if they're aligned with what you desire. If not, change your thoughts, let your desire become the dominant thoughts and change the direction of your life.

How then do you change your thoughts?

Begin to think about what it is you desire to occur in your life. Become very clear on your direction. A vague picture of your desire will give you vague results. When you are very clear on where you desire your life to go and you are firm on your decision, you'll not sway back and forth. But instead, your thoughts would influence your words and your actions towards reaching your goal.

As you keep thinking about what you desire, you're feeding your desire with the energy needed to bring it into manifestation. The more the thought energy put into your desire, the more momentum you'll have to keep moving in the direction of your goal.

Watch out for distractions that they don't take your attention away from the direction in which you're going. Keep doubts out of your business and stay positive.

Thoughts have a life of their own

Thoughts are very powerful and we need to pay attention to what thoughts we’re constantly dwelling on and what we allow to linger in our minds. Thoughts are very much alive and can take on a life of their own.

Some years ago, I had an enlightening experience and ever since, I’ve learned to disallow thoughts I didn’t want to linger in my mind. I went to my local bank to purchase a $10.00 money order. While I was waiting for the teller, as she stamped the money order, a thought just casually crossed my mind, ‘What if she came back with a $100.00 money order?’ It came to me so naturally and then I thought nothing else of it. When the teller came back to me with the money order, I felt the urge to check the amount and sure enough, $100.00 was stamped on it. I quickly pointed out the error she made, for which she was thankful that I did, and waited as she brought me the $10.00 money order.

Since then I’ve learned to quickly replace any negative thoughts that came to my mind with positive ones, negating the negative effects and outcome.

Mental Exercises - Part 4

Getting my body back - Day 67

Because thought is the life blood of the creative process, it is essential to be alert and be consciously aware of what thoughts are entering your mind.

Your thoughts should line up in accordance with what you wish to accomplish in your life or put another way, your thoughts should line up with what you wish to manifest in your outer world. Whatever thought comes to your mind, if you accept it, is saying to the universe, "I approve and this is what I want evidenced in my outer life."

When you come to the realization that there's a direct link between what your thought energy produces and your outward experiences, you'll develop a keen sensitivity to your thought patterns. You'd do well to consciously monitor these thoughts and address those thoughts that do not fall in line with what you desire to experience.

Observing your own thought patterns and behaviours brings you to a place of knowing certain thought triggers. For example, when I become overwhelmed, if I don't check myself, I find that feelings of depression step in bringing along with it negative thoughts. I've learned to immediately check myself and focus my thoughts on the things that I desire to be evidenced in my outer world.

Mastering mental discipline changes your perspective on life and as a result brings you to a place where you reap the benefits of those life-producing thoughts. Decide and determine today to be a master of your thoughts and change your world inside out.

Fuelling words: I am the master and gate keeper of my thoughts.

Walking is a great way to get out and enjoy the fresh air while getting my body into ship shape.

Think I am going to make it

Getting my body back - Day 43

How you think about your success plays a vital part to you having success. Your thoughts can either push you to the finish line or cause you to stop and give up.

Whenever the journey gets tough, if you begin to entertain thoughts of giving up, you send a message to your body to respond to the idea of giving up.

My youngest child is 3 months old. She's just discovered that she has hands. She's observing them, yes, sucking on them, as well. Roxella's making the connection between her brain and hands as she is learning to coordinate the movements.

Research has shown that babies' brains are very active at this age. If you've ever observed a child, you'd notice how they'd look at a toy and immediately the body launches forward with a hand outstretched to get it. The child is using thought which sends the message from the brain to the body, with such precise speed, into action.

As adults, we've mastered the connection between movements and the brain, to the point that we do not have to even think about moving our bodies to complete a movement. We only need to think of getting up and immediately our bodies respond.

It is this obedience to the thoughts we engage in that allows us to continue moving forward on the path to success or give up. The starting point of thought leads to action and continuous action as we engage in continuous positive thought until we reach our goal.

Fuelling words: I think I am going to make it to my ideal weight.

Routine: Warm-ups, stretches, aerobics, toning and strength exercises, cool down.

Visualization - keeping focus on my goal; healthy, strong and my ideal body weight and shape.

Deep breathing - relaxes the muscles and sends oxygen to the muscles where exercising alone would not reach.

Changing Inside Out Now! Tending the garden of the heart - Day 13

What kind of harvest do you want?

Determining the kind of harvest you want let's you know what type of seeds you should sow and what type of garden you're going to grow.

If you want a vegetable garden, you're not going to sow flower seeds and expect to harvest vegetables. Now, if you want a combination of a flower garden and a vegetable garden, you sow the appropriate seeds to harvest your desired outcome.

Similarly, you want to sow seeds in the heart that will bring you a harvest of love, joy, peace, health, prosperity and wholeness - a well-rounded life.

The seeds you sow into your heart come in the form of your thoughts and your words which results in the actions you're taking on a daily basis.

What are you thinking about on a regular basis? What feelings are these thoughts producing? Are they making you feel joyful, at peace or angry and frustrated? Your thoughts, producing your feelings, causes you to act or react externally.

Whatever you are thinking, which is directly affecting your feelings, is the reason for your reaction. The key to turning this around is to stop the negative thought right in its tracks and replace it with a positive one. Find the positive side in every situation. There's always light, even if it's just a glimmer of hope, move towards it. Replace the negative with the positive glimmer of hope. Focus on it, just as you would the negative thought. Feel the emotion and before long you will act or react in a positive way, producing positive results.

Your words are as a direct result of what you've been thinking. I recall a scripture which says, (paraphrase) "It's not what goes into a man (person) that defiles him because it does not go into his heart but his stomach. But it's what comes out of a man (person) that defiles him (makes him unclean). Because what comes out of a man (person's words) comes out of his heart."

You tell what's going on in a person's heart from what they're constantly talking about, which is the fruit of their lips.

Begin today to change your seed thoughts and your words and actions will follow suit to produce the harvest you need.
