Action Thursday - 3 Action Steps to Change your Predominant Thoughts to Overcome Inferiority Complex

Our predominant thoughts draw the conditions and circumstances needed to manifest our desires. The old tapes that we play in our heads day after day become embedded within our subconscious mind and keep growing as we continually feed them with our thoughts and emotions. We need to change these predominant thoughts to overcome our feelings of inferiority complex.

Use the following 3 action steps

1 ) Conscious self-awareness

Being consciously aware of your predominant thoughts and emotions will put you in a better place to be able to change them. You can’t change something that you’re not aware exists. Self-awareness is the first step to changing a habit. Then you can take positive action steps to create the new habit you desire. Take the time to look within to yourself and write down your predominant thoughts and emotions.

2) What do you desire to accomplish?

Whatever it is you discover from your self-awareness assessment that are your predominant thoughts and emotions, whether they are feelings of being not good enough, other people are better than you or that you’ll never amount to anything, it’s time to focus on what you want to change. Do you want to feel like you’re good enough as anybody else? Or do you want to feel that even though others may have accomplished physical merits does not mean that they’re better than you? What’s the mindset you want to create? Write this down as well.

3) Practice the new mindset

Now that you know what you want to accomplish, this is where you begin to focus your attention on every day. Rehearse your new mindset. Spend a few minutes several times a day to think about, visualize and connect emotionally with your new mindset. See yourself being that new person. Whenever the old thoughts and emotions come back, do the mental shift and remind yourself of the new change you want to manifest in your life.

And just like any new skill, it takes time and repetition until we master it. It’s taken you many years of accepting yourself as being not good enough and feeling that other people are better than you. So it will take some time to create the new habit of accepting yourself as being equal to others and deserving of all the good that life has to offer. Be determined but be patient with yourself.

Even if you fall back or face setbacks in your mental progress, keep trying, keep practicing. Eventually, your mind will get used to the new programming and you’ll get better in controlling your thoughts and emotions.

Changing your life may seem like an overwhelming frustrating process. But it doesn't have to be if you're given simple doable step-by-step strategies that will get you from where you are to where you want to be.

Discover a simple step-by-step process to Overcome Inferiority Complex and finally be free to Build Self-confidence so you can life the life you deserve!

Sunday Morning Scripture - Are You Satisfied With Good?

From the fruit of his words a man shall be satisfied with good and the work of a man's hands shall come back to him (as a harvest). Proverbs 12:14

Did you realize how powerful your words are? Put a careful watch over your mouth and in particular, your thoughts. For what you think about, you will speak about. Whether you realize it or not, your words are creating your life. It's a part of the creative process.

God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. Jesus said, "My words are spirit and they are life." Our world and all that is seen came as a result of the desire of Divine Intelligence. Whatever we desire comes as a result of the words that we speak which creates the life we desire.

If you desire to be satisfied with good pay attention to your thoughts and then your words. For when your thoughts are filled good, with what you desire, you will be satisfied with the fruit.

Fruit is a result of the seed that was planted. Therefore the fruit of one's lips comes as a result of the thoughts of one's heart or one's belief.

Every action we perform leads to a result which is the harvest that comes from the seed of our thoughts which leads to our words followed by our actions.

Whatever you do desire to achieve in life, make a decision, then allow the thought seeds to take root within the soil of your subconscious mind. Your new thought seeds will begin to germinate by daily repetition. As you continue to feed these new thought seeds with your emotions and constant attention, your words will naturally fall in line to match what's growing inside of you as well as your actions.

Daily nurturing of your thought plant will ultimately produce a harvest of the fruit you desire.

Check your dominant thoughts to change your life!

Whatever you are focused on, that's the direction you will go. Your words, your actions and even the events of your life will reflect what's within your inner world. Your dominant thoughts are what will take you in the direction of your life.

Let's use a practical example:

If you're going for a walk and looking away, you end up following the direction of your thought if you keep looking in that direction. If you quickly glimpse away and return to your original direction, it's easy to stay on track. But a long gaze will certainly take you off track the original direction and onto the new direction of your captured thought.

Another example:

If you're driving and you keep your focus straight ahead you have control of your vehicle. If you quickly glimpse away and return your focus, you may still be able to control the vehicle and stay on course. However, if you become distracted and start to look somewhere else, your vehicle will begin to swerve into that direction perhaps causing a major collision or land you in a ditch.

What ever is your dominant thought, that thought that is persistent and constant, will change the direction of your life. If you're not getting the results you desire for a long time, check your dominant thoughts to see if they're aligned with what you desire. If not, change your thoughts, let your desire become the dominant thoughts and change the direction of your life.

How then do you change your thoughts?

Begin to think about what it is you desire to occur in your life. Become very clear on your direction. A vague picture of your desire will give you vague results. When you are very clear on where you desire your life to go and you are firm on your decision, you'll not sway back and forth. But instead, your thoughts would influence your words and your actions towards reaching your goal.

As you keep thinking about what you desire, you're feeding your desire with the energy needed to bring it into manifestation. The more the thought energy put into your desire, the more momentum you'll have to keep moving in the direction of your goal.

Watch out for distractions that they don't take your attention away from the direction in which you're going. Keep doubts out of your business and stay positive.
