When you’re overcome by the feeling of ‘I’m not good enough’,
you find that you’re in a limited vibration which hinders any positive progress
in your life. It opens the door for fear to stop you from moving forward into
success in any area of your life because you don’t feel like you’re good enough
to achieve anything worthwhile.
Whether this feeling stems from childhood experiences
through parents, society or peers, you don’t have to succumb to it.
Here are 3 mindsets you can adapt to overcome the feeling of
‘I’m not good enough’.
Mindset #1 – Shift your thinking to ‘I’m good enough’ just
as anybody else
Don’t allow the physical condition to define your worth.
These conditions are subject to change, they’re not permanent. You can get a
tutor or coach to help you in what area you feel lack in or find other information
at your disposal to help you. Use visualization to see yourself as being good
enough.
Mindset #2 – I’m connected to the Universal Energy and
Wisdom
All wisdom and knowledge is available to me and I can tap
into and draw out whatever I need to enhance my life and live my life to the
fullest.
When you are conscious about your connection to the Spirit
that gives life to all there’s no way that you can feel inferior and not good
enough. Because the same life energy that flows through others flows through
you as well.
Mindset #3 – I can be whoever I choose to be
There’s no limit to who you can be and what you can do. It’s
all in the shifting of your thinking to seeing yourself in a different light.
If you begin to see yourself with unlimited potential then you will begin to go
in that direction. The feeling of succeeding at all you do will become yours and
you’ll grow in confidence as you step out of your comfort zone into achieving
your goals.
Practicing the above mindsets each day will begin to
influence the way you feel about yourself. As your thoughts become more focused
on I’m good enough, your subconscious mind will be reprogrammed and produce
more positive results in your life.
“Discover how you can take control of your mind and your life to Overcome Inferiority Complex and finally break free from what’s holding you back from really living your life...”
Hi Alicia...Your words are so true. It takes time to overcome inferiority. Sometimes it takes a lifetime. If we believe, in our minds, that we are good enough, that our attitude determines our altitude, it can make all the difference in the world. Thanks for all your posts. Susan
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome Susan. So true. Change takes practice until we recreate our lives into what we want it to produce.
ReplyDeleteI have an inferiority complex, and I think that THE number 1 thing that works the best is visualization. You can say words over and over in your head, but to visualize yourself and applying feelings of how you want to be will change who you are. 3 things; Think, Act, Be. In other words visualize yourself being that person you want to be, act as if you are already that person you want to be. And by doing these things you already are.
ReplyDeleteVery true. And that's exactly the process. However it needs to be practiced over and over again to reprogram the subconscious mind from the old programming. Thanks for sharing.
