What we fill our eyes and minds with manifest in our reality. What we're affirming to ourselves each day also manifests in our experience. When you think about losing weight, what images flash through your mind about the way you look, about your ability to lose weight and exercise enjoyment. Examine what your thoughts are to see which ones are counterproductive to your journey.
