Everyone has clutter to some degree or another!
It's how you deal with the clutter that makes the difference between conquering your clutter and allowing your clutter to conquer you!

In her book, If I'm So Smart, Why Can't I Get Rid of This Clutter?, author, radio personality and life coach Sallie Felton walks you through the practical and organizational strategies that make it easy to stay organized; but this book goes deeper and uncovers the hidden reasons why it can be so hard to get clutter free and stay that way.

What’s mental clutter?
· Does the chatter in your head never slow down?
· Does your mind never grow still? Are you constantly going over your to-do list in your head?
· Even when your body is exhausted, your brains just keeps going and you never feel rested or focused?

That’s mental clutter screaming at you, loud and clear!

What’s physical clutter?

· We all know it is all that “stuff” taking up space in our environment.
· Even paper piles become physical clutter!

And emotional clutter?

· It stems from the heart.
· Have you even not had closure with someone? How does that make you feel?
· Have you been hurt or feel less positive about yourself?

In If I'm So Smart, Why Can't I Get Rid of This Clutter, Sallie Felton discusses how she de-cluttered her entire house, basement, attic, garage and sheds in 12 months, 365 days; taking you step by step how to do this, how to prioritize and keeping up. She shares with humor and wit her wins, her struggles, her procrastination and how she overcame it.

Have You Tried Everything But Have Only Ended Up With No Results and Less Money?

How long have you struggled?

How many years have you settled for less than you desire?

How many dreams have you given up on and ignored because they were 'Just Dreams'?

I know you are finally ready to transform your life, but if you are like most people out there, you feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start.

Chances are that you are sick of failure and feel like you have tried everything but have only ended up with no results and less money?

And in this day and economy you are probably scared that the 'gurus' and 'experts' will just take your money and leave you hanging with no one left to trust?

I want to introduce you to my friend Kristen.

When it comes to helping people get all of the money, success and happiness they desire, Kristen is the real deal...

Trust me when I tell you that she knows your frustration, she knows your fear -- she's been there and was living a mediocre life that seemed to just happen to her until she made the decision to live her life on purpose.

Most people put their lives on hold day after day.

I know how easy it is to do that...

I know how easy it is to tell yourself that once this or that happens you are going to change your life...

I know how easy it is to push your dreams back just a few weeks more and more and more...

I'll tell you now, this email isn't for everyone...

In fact, it may not be for you..

But, if you honestly feel like you can't wait to start any longer, then this is for you.

And if you are really ready (and please be honest) then Kristen is ready to go all in with you!

Listen, I know Kristen's Go Big Now! VIP Program will give you the tools, knowledge and accountability you need to get a massive jump start.

I'm going to be completely honest with you here...

The Go Big Now! VIP Program costs money...

But Kristen has made sure it will cost you much less than what it would for you to get a mocha latte or any other crazy coffee drink every day.

She's not looking to get you into the program and then hope you forget that you are in it while you keep paying money...

And she'll even let you use the entire program (including the group calls with her) Risk Free for 2 whole months. If you don't like it or use it she'll give you your money back...no questions, no pressure, no stress...that's it!

Keys to Successful Living and Stress Management – Part 4

7 Ways to Get Organized So Everything Has Its Place

Being organized brings clarity, lessens frustration and saves time. Spring is here and brings with it a great opportunity to clean out our clutter and get organized.

Do you find yourself spending countless hours looking for stuff but don't remember where you put it? In this article we'll look at 7 ways you could use to help you get organized so everything has its place.

#1 - Overcome procrastination with decision

Instead of saying, "Someday I'll clean that up or I'll get my paperwork organized," decide on a day that you'll get it done and stick to your commitment.

#2 - Begin the change in you

Do you have a clear picture of your life or is it all muddled altogether? If you visualize the order of your life - your paperwork, your house etc. you'll have a target to reach and a direction to follow. It first begins within you and then flows out of you.

#3 - Use the clean sweep or all or nothing approach

Clear your schedule. Take one day and get it all done. The faster you can get things organized the better off you'd be.

#4 - Delegate

We all have busy schedules so why not delegate some of your organizing to either your children or someone dependable. This will alleviate a lot of stress and free up your time to focus on other more pressing tasks.

#5 - Develop a system

When you have a system in place you give your brain less work to do. When you need something, with your system in place, you'll know exactly where to go to find it, therefore saving you time and frustration e.g. have your paperwork all filed in alphabetical order.

#6 - Follow your system

What's the point of having a system if you're not going to follow it? If you take something from one place when you're done with it return it from where you took it. That way you won't have to try to remember.

#7 - Use the turtle approach - slow and steady

A little at a time consistently until it's all done. It is better to have a little done consistently than having nothing done at all or started with a big chunk and never return to it.

Lack of Self-Confidence Keeping You Stuck? (Your weekend homework)

If you are struggling with self-confidence when it comes to succeeding to achieve your goals, then this is for you.

One of my subscribers sent me an email asking about being more confident to achieve goals relating to being successful with his studies and struggling with remembering past mistakes.

I hope you’ll use the information I’ve shared to help you reach your goals and free yourself from your past mistakes.

Here’s my answer, along with some resources for you to put to use over the weekend.

One of the interesting things in life is that mistakes and failures are part of our growth process. The thing is, we often look at it from a negative point of view instead of seeing the positive and the lessons we can learn from our mistakes and failures.

If you were to shift your thinking and look at your mistakes as pointers to improve and use them as stepping stones for success then you'll find that you can be encouraged to continue to move toward your goal.

Let me use a practical example. When you were a baby and you first started learning to walk, you fell many times didn't you? Sure you did. Sometimes you fell so hard, perhaps bumped your head, you cried but you didn't give up. You kept going, tried again and now today you've mastered the art of walking.

Here's another one. You typed this email to me, correct? When you first started to learn to type, didn't you make mistakes, perhaps a lot of them? Right? Well that didn't stop you. You just figured out that the mistake you made was not the correct way to type and you corrected it, didn't you?

Well it's the same thing with what you're doing now. In order to perfect your studies in English, you need to see that each error you make is an opportunity to correct it and get better at learning English. Learn from it. Master it and keep moving forward.

A baby never says I'll not walk anymore because it's too hard or I'm afraid to fall or other people will laugh at me. That's a learned behaviour and one that our society has adopted as a behaviour. But that's not who we are when we were first born. So, just remember that whenever you feel like giving up and as you continue towards your goal.

I've included 3 resources here for you to help build your self-confidence.

Want more free time, more money and more enjoyment in your life? You can have it (Free Special Report)

In an ideal world, what would you do for a living? How would you spend your free time? And how much free time would you have?

If the answers to those questions differ from what you’re doing now, I have a special treat for you.

My friend Brian Tracy – Success Expert, Best-Selling Author and Coach – has developed a special gift to help you move toward living your IDEAL life. But first, I want to share with you one of Brian’s favorite quotes from Benjamin Franklin:

"Do you value life? Then waste not time, for that is the stuff of which life is made."

You see, time is the real currency of life. Anything you obtain in life can be valued by how much time you've spent to acquire it.

Only by discovering your innate strengths...by developing them...exploiting them to their highest degree--can you ever fully realize the greatest amount of satisfaction and enjoyment in everything you do

Brian wants to help you discover how to increase your personal "return on energy" as opposed to "return on equity." Your most valuable gift is your ability to think, act and get results.

That’s where his special gift comes in.

"Discovering Your Talents," Brian’s powerful, 12-page special report, outlines precisely how to get the best out of yourself – beginning with deciding what you want to do, what you can do well, and what will produce the highest rewards for your efforts.

Because I’m a friend of Brian’s, he’s authorized me to let you in on this special offer – to get his special report absolutely FREE – no strings attached.

Here’s a taste of what it covers:

- The definition of “personal strategic planning” and how to use it to produce more, and higher-quality, rewards for yourself
- The role your personal values play when it comes to creating a plan for getting what you want in life
- The one goal you MUST have when it comes to your work – and why accomplishing it will ensure you’re always paid well
- The mindset you must maintain so you can determine your own future and your own fortune
- 4 Questions to help you increase your return on energy invested (no more wasting time and energy on activities that aren't going to bring you success)
- The key to a happy and prosperous life (good news: anyone can do it!)
- And more!

I hope you’ll take a few moments to download and read this report – it has the potential to be the impetus for a new, more fulfilling life – and it’s Brian’s gift to you!

Feel free to invite your friends to pick up Brian’s special report, but be sure to reserve your copy first, here:

Keys to Successful Living and Stress Management – Part 3

7 Ways to Be Yourself - Don't Work So Hard To Impress Others

Having trouble being yourself? Being yourself is a whole lot easier than being what you're not and a lot less stressful.

Trying to act other than who you are to impress other people takes more energy than it's worth. Because the people who you're trying to impress often change their minds leaving you scrambling to figure out what to do to impress them and at same time taking you further away from the authenticity of you.

Let's look at 7 ways use could use right now to be what you really are so you don't have to succumb to impressing others to feel good about yourself.

#1 - Schedule time for self-discovery

In order to be who you really are, you have to first know yourself and that means you need to spend time in self-discovery. We often set time aside for other less important events in our lives while the most important often takes a backseat. Find your strengths. Know your weaknesses and look for ways to strengthen them. Self-discovery is the foundation for your personal growth. You can build from there.

#2 - Change your perspective

You are great. Consciously identify yourself with greatness. No one is better than you so you don't need to impress others to feel good about you. You were already given the stamp of approval when you were created.

#3 - Appreciate you

Appreciate all of you, even those areas that you're not totally impressed with. For in accepting all of you, as you are, is where you find your freedom to explore and express yourself without looking for others to approve of you.

#4 - Connect inside to your truth

What is right for you? What is your inner spirit saying to you? This will come as you spend time in quietness with the Spirit. Spiritual development builds your confidence because you no longer depend on sources outside yourself for what you need. You have all the wisdom, knowledge, approval and everything else inside of you.

#5 - Be comfortable in your own skin

Relax in you. As you deepen your spirituality you’ll find that you become calmer. You struggle less with trying to impress others because you create a mental shift of what you consider as important.

#6 - Value other's opinion, but value your own as well

If you're in the habit of putting other's opinion above your own, even if you don't feel right about what they're saying to you, then you need to take a closer look at this behaviour and change it. What you think about your own life has equal value and even greater value than others.

#7 - Let go of your fear

Trust your inner guidance. Are you afraid that you may be wrong? In the process of developing trust to follow your inner guidance it is possible to make mistakes along the way. But don’t let that deter you from taking the stand to be confident in being you.
