Inferiority Complex - How to Connect to the Universal Energy and Wisdom to Overcome the 'I'm Not Good Enough' Feeling

The Universal Energy and Wisdom is available for all, not just for a chosen few. However, you must make the connection in order to benefit from this vast pool of life. When you are conscious about your connection to the Spirit that gives life to all there’s no way that you can feel inferior and not good enough. Because the same life energy that flows through others flows through you as well.

How to connect to the Universal Energy and Wisdom

#1 - Be consciously aware of your connection

Being consciously aware that you are connected to the Universal Energy and Wisdom causes you to think about yourself differently. This awareness causes you to feel empowered from within so you can overcome the 'I'm not good enough' feeling. In this awareness how can you feel small, that you're not good enough?

#2 - Fill your eyes with the strength of the Spirit

When you see yourself drawing strength and wisdom from the Spirit you will continue to move in the direction of being good enough. Whatever you focus on, you will move towards, and as you move towards 'I'm good enough' through the eyes of the Spirit, you'll experience that too.

#3 - Create and use affirmations to transform your mind

All wisdom and knowledge is available to me and I can tap into and draw out whatever I need to enhance my life and live my life to the fullest.

As you use your affirmations, you'll affirm and feel the connection to the universal energy and wisdom flowing through you. You become a channel to receive what you need as your mind is transformed each day to accept the truth of who you are.

Getting My Body Back Friday - Wisdom to Unlock the Door to your Health

Watching what one eats is necessary to nourish the physical body. Physical exercise is also an important element to maintain good health. But most importantly, one needs to deal with one's spiritual connection and thought process to ensure overall health.

If our thoughts are not in harmony with the spiritual laws we reap the results of this disharmony. We cannot expect to have long lasting physical success and make the progress we desire to have if we are harbouring feelings of worry, fear, anxiety, low self-esteem and any other negative emotions which hinder any results. These emotions produce resistance in our bodies and inhibit any health success we're trying to make.

When we remove these negative emotions from our lives we become open to receive the wisdom of the Spirit to unlock the door to our health. Wisdom comes from being in harmony with the Universal Mind of God, and by acting on this wisdom in the form of inspired ideas, we are moving with the wind of the Spirit and going with the flow of health.

The key to our wholeness begins within - with our inner connection with the Universal Spirit and our thought patterns that are in harmony with the Mind of God.

Not getting the results you desire? Check your spiritual connection, check your thought patterns. Are they in harmony with wholeness, in health? Do you see yourself as whole? Do you see yourself at the ideal weight? Do you accept this as your belief?

Start from within and work outward to create the change you desire to manifest.

Action Thursday - Q & A to Wisdom to Unlock the Door to your Life

Here are a few questions from the posts this week. Feel free to ask any questions you have or leave your comment on them down below.

Q. What does it mean to come up higher to hear what the Spirit has to offer?

A. To come up higher means to go to higher level of inspiration, a high level of living. The physical plane is the lower level. We move to a higher level of living when we connect on the spiritual level with God.

To hear what the Spirit has to offer means to be open to the wisdom of the Spirit, to release all of your preconceived ideas and ways of doing things to be able to receive fresh creative ideas from the Mind of the Spirit.

Q. How do you release the old way of thinking when this is all you know and this way of thinking has become safe haven to living your life?

A. A willing heart is the first step to making progress. It is the seed which the Spirit can use to help you create the change and as a result of this change doors begin to unlock in your life. Consciously release the old way of thinking.

Q. What does it mean to get into the flow of the stream and move with the wind of the Spirit?

A. When you work in harmony with the Spirit you are moving with the flow of the stream and moving with the wind of the Spirit, much like going with the tide and not against it. It is more difficult to flow upstream than it is to go down stream.

How do you identify this harmony with the Spirit? When you are feeling joy and peace in what you do, you know that you are flowing with the Spirit and you are moving in harmony. When you find that you are full of frustration and anxiety you are in disharmony, you're struggling and the results are unproductive.

Q. What do I do when I sit in the silence? This is all new for me.

A. Find a place where you will not be disturbed. If at all possible let it be the same place each day.
Get into a comfortable position and release all tension - relax.
Turn your eyes and ears inward and look within to your inner spirit and listen within as well. You are entering into the inner sanctuary of the spirit where you connect with the Universal Spirit, with God. This is the place where you experience your oneness with God, where you become conscious of that oneness.
Allow yourself to feel the Spirit and allow the love, the joy and peace to fill your inner spirit.
Draw life and energy from your Eternal Source.
Draw wisdom from your Eternal Source. Let this be your daily practice.

Spirituality - 7 Ways to Wisdom to Unlock Doors in your Life - Part 2

Here are the other 4 ways to wisdom to unlock doors in your life

#4 – Spend more time in the silence

Power resides in the silent place. Have your own personal retreat to turn within to the Spirit and develop that relationship with the Universal Spirit. It is in the silence that your inner channels become clear, that you gain wisdom, that you find your true self - where you find home. Your quiet time should be your most important time in your life. For it is here great ideas find their way to you, it is here where you are empowered from within and it is here where your unity with God is consciously realized and strengthened.

#5 – Listen often to the Spirit

Develop the habit of paying attention to the voice within. As you do this, the voice within becomes stronger than all others. You become confident in decision-making because you are guided by the wisdom of the Spirit. You’ll gain insight as you go about your daily affairs. You’ll keep away from certain places because you’ll know that that is not the direction you should take. You’ll know that when you are engaged in conversation that even though someone may say one thing to you that in their hearts they’re not being truthful. These are some of the benefits from listening and staying close to the Spirit.

#6 – Make the Spirit connection priority

Many times we allow our busy schedules to take priority over our Spirit connection. And while we are busy we’re losing precious energy trying to keep up with the demands of life. Some of these things that we label as important, in the scope of life and when we get our priorities straight, take a back seat to what’s more important. Each day we miss our ‘power up’ time with the Spirit is a day where we expel unnecessary energy and have not restored our energy supply from our Power Source. Is it any wonder why we experience fatigue so often?

#7 – Find and develop your unique interaction

We do not all think the same. Our personalities and experiences vary. Therefore our relationship with the Spirit is very different. But it is our responsibility to find and develop our unique interaction with the Spirit. Don’t be concerned with how someone else communicates with the Spirit. Find your own. Their way may work for them very well, if it works for you, great. If not, it’s time for you to develop and nurture that inner interaction with the Eternal Spirit. This is important and priority in your life. And when you have developed a solid foundation, no matter what comes your way, you’ll know where to get your answers.

Stop spinning your wheels and go directly to the Source and find all the answers you need to turn your life, your situation, around.

Spirituality - 7 Ways to Wisdom to Unlock Doors in your Life - Part 1

Come up higher and hear what the Spirit has to offer. No longer can you stay where you are using recycled and old methods of the past to live. You must ascend to a higher plane and leave the old way of thinking behind.

The Spirit is always ready but you must get into the flow of the Stream. You must move with the wind of the Spirit. You can no longer afford to stay on the banks of time. You need to leave fear behind and jump into the flow.

No longer can you depend on old knowledge or wisdom without the Spirit. Feeling stuck? You need wisdom and insight from above and you need it now. The old ways no longer work because the wind of change has come.

How can you get the wisdom you need from the Spirit to unlock the doors in your life?

#1 – Ask

What does the Spirit has to offer? Wisdom is available for any situation you have encountered or ever will encounter. There’s always an answer but you must ask. Many times we don’t have because we don’t ask and when we do ask we don’t really expect the answer. Let today be a new beginning and be willing to ask the Spirit for guidance to unlock the doors in your life.

#2 – Be open

Openness to new ideas, inspiration and instructions will pave the way for success. If you’re doing things one way all the time and you’re not getting any results don’t you think it’s time you’re open to try something new. This has nothing to do with doing something one time or a couple of times and you don’t see results yet and then you decide to give up. This is more about doing something for awhile and perhaps for years, staying in your so-called comfort zone even though it proves to be unsuccessful. There’s a difference.

#3 – Knowing the origin of the inspired idea

So you decided to ask and you’re open to new ideas but how would you know that your answer came from the Spirit and know that it is the right step to take? You will know because you’d know that the idea didn’t originate from you. E.g. you may say something like, “Why didn’t I think of that before?” You’ll feel inspired, excited and at peace.

Look out for Part 2 tomorrow

Wisdom of a 10 year old

If we allow our children to follow their hearts, it's amazing the wisdom that flows through them. The following insights were written by my 10 year old daughter. Hope it blesses you.

"As the wind whistles, I am life.
The wind whistles life into me because without air no one can breathe.

As the fire crackles the spark follows obediently.
I am obedient to the crackling of the Spirit.

As the water washes up on land back and forth persistently, so I am persistent.

As nature grows every day, I grow as well.

As the earthquake causes the earth to crack, making a loud noise, so I am loud.

As night falls, I rise.
When night falls life continues on. Nothing stops moving, life goes on.

As the sun comes up I shine.
The more I help others the aura around me become brighter. I become so bright that others that are blind will see once again.

And as I live on, my family will continue to grow through me.
All past generations gone to heaven will continue to live and grow through me.

Of course, I am that I am.
I am myself and nobody else.
I am my own power and nobody else's."

Wisdom to love

Tending the garden of the heart - Day 39

The impartial love of Mother Nature continues to nurture plants and trees whether or not they are growing right or producing fruit. Her love is not because of but in spite of.

We, too, should follow the example set for us in our dealings with each other. Unconditional love looks beyond the fault of another and continues to love. Love is. Whether or not circumstances are favourable, love continues to love. It does not stop loving when another is unkind.

Love, however, should not be taken for granted and f0r a ride. Neither is love simplistic and foolish. As a matter of fact, love is like a deflector. Whatever you do to love comes right back at you, whether good or bad.

The wisdom of love allows truth to prevail; truth to the offender that they may recognize their offense, turn away from it and is set free and truth to the one who embraces love that he may receive more love to continue to give love.

When you encounter any adverse circumstances or offending individuals, search for the answer for what love would do. The wisdom of love imparts to you guidance in your dealings with everyday life.

Wisdom to know

Tending the garden of the heart - Day 32

Every plant and tree becomes stronger daily as their roots go deep into the soil. Every ring around a tree tells the age of the tree. The tree's bark acts as its protection. With the roots anchoring the tree, supplying it with water and nutrients and the bark with the hard outer protection, a tree is equipped to handle varying weather conditions.

As humans, we have the resilience to weather many different weather conditions in our lives. Some of these conditions we may have allowed to break us and some have made us stronger. When you remain connected to the Source of Life, you begin to see these conditions as opportunities for growth.

Regardless of what conditions come your way, your assurance comes from the fact that you are connected to God. No matter what, you know that you will come out victorious. The mindset you adopt then, as a tree is secure in its place, so too, is your anchored roots sure. You gain wisdom in handling every situation.

Sometimes your instruction may include resting in your position. By resting, I mean be at peace, all is well. Other times, you're instructed to act, and then you act. Wisdom comes in every situation as you listen to your inner spirit.
