Getting My Body Back Friday - Becoming Your Own Life Master with Spirit Guidance for Effective Weight Loss

The master looks beyond appearances into the truth. Regardless of what your external situation looks like or what your body looks like at this present time, the master's focus rests on the truth of who you are internally and not on what physical appearances display. 

Our current external conditions are changeable and are therefore not our permanent state of being. Based on this knowledge we know that nothing remains the same and we can take comfort in knowing that this too will pass no matter how long the condition existed. 

Truth stands strong in the face of adversity. The question is, "What do you believe about your present situation, about your weight, about who you are?" Before you can move into truth, you must first know what you currently believe. 

When you look at your current external condition do you believe what your condition is saying to you? You're poor and always will be? You're overweight and always will be? You're sick and always will be? What do you believe? Do you agree with this statement? Do you believe the lie or the illusion? 

Here is where we begin to disagree with this lie and believe the truth. Truth is, by nature you are healthy, you are wealthy and your weight condition is only temporary. When you begin to believe this and accept this as your truth, you are beginning the imprinting process of who you are. 

This is not always an easy step because you've been trained to look at your external condition and respond to it and not the other way around which is to look at the truth of who you are, believe that and manifest it in your life. 

This way of thinking must be practiced on a daily basis - doing the mental shifting from what you see with your physical eyes to what your ideal desire and truth are. As you begin to see your ideal desire and truth in your inner vision and focus more on that, you'll begin to draw on inspired ideas and wisdom for your particular situation. 

There's always a solution to every problem we have, but we must enter into the silence, listen for the inner guidance of the Spirit and follow along into the truth to get the results we desire. Your answer rests in the heart of the Spirit. 

Action Thursday - On Becoming Your Own Life Master with Spirit Guidance - Action Steps

Mastery is developed in the silence and becomes evidence in our reality. So then, what action steps can we take to master our lives with Spirit Guidance? Let's look at some action steps now.

Habitual Entrance into the Silence

The more time you spend with someone the more you get to know them and the more influence they have on your life. Entering into the silence should be developed so it becomes a way of life for you. Take the time each day to get away from your busy schedule to spend quiet time in the silence with the Spirit to cleansed your inner sanctuary and rejuvenate your energy level. 

Listen for what the Spirit has to offer

As you sit in silence, listen. Go with the intention to hear what the Spirit has to say. Turn your inner ear within and listen to what the Spirit has to offer you each day. Give your attention to this. You may be surprised what you hear. At first it may sound like your own mind but you'd know that that thought didn't originate from you. Keep practicing and your inner ear will become fine tuned to the voice of the Spirit.

Become one with the Spirit

To become one with the Spirit you must connect with your inner being. It is important that your mind consciously desires to connect but you must also bring your feelings into this moment as well. Feel the movement of the Spirit within you. You may feel a sense of peace, joy, love, an inner burning like fire or even a spiritual awakening happening with you. Let your thoughts and attention remain in this place and absorb life from the Universal Spirit. This is where you become consciously aware of your oneness with God. 

Practice Walking with the Spirit 

As you go into your daily activities, continue to listen for the voice of the Spirit as you are guided throughout the day. You may be given instructions to do a particular task or the wisdom how to carry out your work more effectively or you may hear that your child has done something. Don't brush the information off. The more you listen and act on what you hear the more guidance you'll continue to get and the sharper your listening skills become to the voice within. 

Learn to ask for guidance as you go through your day and listen for the answer to return. Develop a rapport with the Spirit. 

Now it's your turn to become your own Life Master. Remember, the information must be put into practice in order for it to become a habitual way of life and reach mastery. 

On Becoming Your Own Life Master with Spirit Guidance - Part 3

Regular continual observances of your actions by your child and by you makes the image permanent in the brain, absorbed and stored by the subconscious and sent to the body cells by the brain which is turn causes the body parts to, i.e. the muscles, to act in accordance with the printed image.

Let’s look at how a child observes her mother. She observes everything I do. She first begins with observing my face, my eyes, my nose, my mouth, my smile and she listens to the sounds I’m making and observes the movement of my mouth in correlation to the sound. She’s fascinated. Regular continual observances are imprinted on her brain.

She decides to attempt the movement, you see small movements of the muscles as it is externally recognized as her attempt (her brain sending the message to her mouth) to formulate the smile. She gets better and better at it, by observing, until she actually forms a smile. She even learns to correlate the sound of laughter with the movement of her mouth. At first she is mimicking but soon she learns to smile on will when she finds something to be funny. She has now completed one level of mastery.

The same is true as you observe the Spirit. The images you see in your inner knowing, understanding and feeling are therefore imprinted on your mind and brain. You are now consciously aware that you are able to do the same as the Spirit has taught you. When you have mastered each level, you can create at will what you desire to manifest. Imaging causes it to become a part of your belief system which naturally manifests in your reality.

Judge not and you would not be judged. To judge something is to make or form an opinion of something whether right or wrong. When you judge someone or something, you open yourself to be judged by another based on the measure of your judgment. It comes back to you like the reflection or image from a mirror. Do as a child does, merely observe.

On becoming a master, you observe learn from the Spirit and act as the Spirit has taught you. A child’s first attempt to talk or even walk does not come out exactly as one who has been doing it for years, but you delight in your child’s attempt to try and to mimic you in the capacity that she or is able. The same is true of the Spirit. The Spirit delights in your attempt to mimic what you’ve learned in your capacity and encourages you forward to get better and master what you’ve been taught.

As you spend time in the silence and fine tune your listening to the daily internal guidance of the Spirit, you continue to watch the Spirit, observe, learn, and act on what the Spirit tells you. You will find that as you do this, mastery becomes the way of life for you just by your mere observing. The life of the Spirit becomes imprinted on your mind and the image of Spirit’s likeness takes form within your inner being.

The child observes and the images observed become imprinted on the child’s mind. Remember, the brain sees in pictures not words. So as the child focuses on the parents’ facial expressions, the picture is imprinted, not only on the mind and becomes a part of the subconscious memory, but this new message and picture imprinted on the brain is sent to the body to create the same image.

That’s the purpose of visualization, imaging. It’s the continual observing of a behaviour or an image, absorbing the details and movements and allowing the brain to make a mental copy of this behaviour or image. It becomes imprinted on the mind, like a rubber stamp.

On Becoming Your Own Life Master with Spirit Guidance - Part 1

In order for you to become a master, you must first follow the Master. You must learn his ways. You must become a student of mastery. It must be a way of life. Only the Master knows when the student is ready. So decide to be a master now. See yourself as a master. Act as a master until it penetrates your very being. Let it be your life. Put aside your past life and way of thinking to embrace a new mindset of being or living. As much as you are open and willing, the Master is willing to teach you enabling you to go to the next level of mastery as each level become complete.

There’s the basic level when you learn and set the foundations, then on the next level, you build on that foundation and keep building on the next until you come to the complete stage. When a house is completed, you are able to house the occupants. You become a shelter for others.

So, where do we begin?

The first step on the journey to mastery is listening. Jesus spent many hours away with God so he maintains connection to the Source. A master never ever separates himself from the Source. It is the way of life, the way of being. It is where his information, his knowledge is drawn from. It is there his wisdom is attained.

So, too, as you learn and master listening, making it your first priority, your way of life and your way of being, you will always have access to wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Know how to make the best decisions for your life and in every situation you encounter. You stay connected so that you are always filled with power as it continually flows through you. You know who you are and have a clear path to your purpose, what you’re about.

For example, as a child watches and observes a parent, he learns from the parent. He forms no opinion, he just watches, observes and learns and tries to do as the parent has demonstrated. The child does not know how to differentiate between whether or not if what the parent is doing is right or wrong. He merely watches and observes, absorbs the information and mimics the parent. That is Jesus’ statement when he says, “The kingdom of heaven belongs to little children. You must come as a child,” making no judgments on the matter. Just merely to watch, observe, accept by faith and do.

As you daily behold the ‘face of the Spirit’, spending time in silence until the image is so imprinted on your mind and heart, all else becomes dim. You know other things exist but they aren’t your center of attention.

Don't underestimate the value of Doing Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can't hear and not bothering - Winnie the Pooh

We've become such a busy society, always on the move from one thing to another, that we seem to have lost the art of 'doing nothing', of just going along, lowly listening to inner guidance of the Spirit and following along, not bothering with all the things that we've decided that is 'supposed' to be done.

It is in this time of turning inward and following the Spirit that we easily unlock the doors of those things that imprison us. It is in this moment the struggling to get the answers give way to instant wisdom. It is in this moment that the synchronicities of life - the meeting of the right people, the getting of the right information at the right time - occur and at times without our having to 'make it happen' as it is told to us that we need to do.

The Spirit often times works opposite to the way we think it should work out. A mere sitting at the side of a lake fishing with the family could be a moment of miraculous unfolding when you're following the guidance of the Spirit. This may seem like an activity that on the surface may not seem like it is yielding the benefit you desire to achieve, but trusting in the Spirit's guidance will produce more than you could have ever imagined possible.

While we are busy doing nothing but following Spirit's inner guidance, the Spirit is busy bringing to us what we desire and in the right time.

Let this lowly listening to what we can't physically hear, doing nothing, following along and not bothering be a part of our daily way of life. The more we do it, the more we'll experience peace and joy and the more we'll be open to receive into our lives the abundance of the Spirit.

Spirit Guidance: Consciously ordering your life with Spirit guidance

Once you've entered into conscious co-creation with the Spirit, all of your life is guided and directed according to the Omniscient mind. Every situation you will ever encounter, whether relationship, finances, health or business affairs, when surrendered to the Spirit, will have a positive outcome.

All things work together for your good. Regardless of what you've gone through, when you walked unconscious to the Spiritual connection, will be used to produce good in your life. Nothing is ever wasted. Even adverse conditions, when submitted to the Spirit's usage, is an effective tool to developing compassion and dealing with others from a place of compassion.

With Spirit's guidance, wisdom is available to you each and every step of the way; from the tiniest task to the largest circumstance. Your eyes and understanding are opened up in new ways as you are willing to be enlightened to new fresh ideas.

Walking with the Spirit calls you to a higher standard of living, one that is specifically designed for your personality, gifts and talents, and purpose in this era. Therefore your decisions to life are made in direct correlation to these.

No longer are you satisfied to fit in with the norm, just because, but you delight, even more, to be associated with and acquainted with all that the Spirit desires to do through and in you. You are free to choose.

Your circumstances no longer dictate the way you live or influence your decision, but you now can change your experiences, speak to the mountains in your life and remove them in confidence knowing that you shall have what you say.

Just as plants and trees sown in the soil germinate and grow naturally and effortlessly, so too, will you as you yield to the Spirit's guidance naturally and effortlessly.
