Meditation, Gratitude, Forgiveness - The Beautiful Triangle To Attract More Joy Into Your Life

Need more joy in your life? Do you feel like you're just going through the motions but find yourself feeling empty inside, like nothing's bringing you any joy? Perhaps you're missing one of these life triangles that opens the flow of abundance to you.

Let's see how they work

Meditation

Meditation brings you into a place of inner peace and oneness with the Great Universal Spirit. When you meditate, you become full of life-energy. You shed negative emotion that inhibits the flow of abundant joy. Meditation shifts your mind from focusing on limitations and onto being limitless which immediately shifts you into the energy of joy.

Inner joy supersedes the negative emotions you feel from your external adverse conditions. It's not dependent on how things are going in your life. So you can always choose to feel joyful no matter what you're going through right now.

Gratitude

Feeling appreciation for your life right now immediately takes you from a place of depression and elevates you onto the higher plane of joy. Gratitude shifts your perspective from seeing your situation and your life as hopeless to being able to see the goodness and the wealth that you already possess.

Many times we overlook the treasure we already have just because we don't yet have that one thing we so desire. And by doing so pushes the one thing further away from us. But when you are thankful for the seemingly small blessings you have right now, I'm sure you can think of a whole lot, you'll begin to appreciate your life and feel more joy right away.

Forgiveness

When you choose to hold a grudge against another you're blocking the flow of your own joy. You may think that you're doing the other person harm but the only person you're harming is yourself. Resolve in your mind right now that you'll release them.

Here's another for you. Release yourself too. What have you done in the past that you so regret, that you can't bring yourself to forgive you. Free yourself from that bind. Let yourself go free to live again, love again and yes, make mistakes again. For only then can you be free to experience more joy in your life.

Every day you practice the beautiful triangle of meditation, gratitude and forgiveness and make them a regular part of your daily routine for personal growth, you'll find that you, not only feel more joy, but you'll feel more alive, more energized as your power grows within you.

Meditation - Discover The Top 7 Benefits of Consistent Meditation (Easily Done)

Meditation has been practiced by many people across the ages and has proven to provide many great benefits for the body, mind and soul. If you are thinking about adding meditation as part of your personal ritual you'd want to know how consistent meditation can be beneficial to you.

Benefit #1 - Quiets the mind

When you quiet your mind you remove all the mental chatter that blocks the flow of inspiration and creativity. Most of our mind chatter is filled with negative thoughts of worry, fear and self-sabotage anyway. So it's important to free your mind so you can gain a new perspective on life.

Benefit #2 - Relaxes the body

As you meditate you experience calmness and peace which gives that sense of clarity and control throughout the day.

Benefit #3 - Meditation heals you

As you allow the flow of life-energy to penetrate your inner being, you experience emotional, spiritual as well as physical healing. Connecting deeply with Spirit elevates your energy level which allows you to direct the flow of life-energy into any area of your life.

Benefit #4 - You become empowered from within

Your power grows inside you each day. You can feel the energy of the Spirit all over your body. You are connected to the Source of your power. You are able to influence your environment and change your experiences. You become more self-confident. Fear is replaced with courage and weakness with strength.

Benefit #5 - Raises your divine awareness

When you are God-conscious, you are more aware of your oneness with the Great Universal Spirit, that you a part of and are one with the grand design. You become aware of your divine heritage. You see yourself as a powerful being and can overcome anything instead of being limited and small.

Benefit #6 - Increased sensitivity

You become more in tuned to the Spirit's promptings and guidance. Wisdom and ideas come more easily to you. You realize that wisdom is at your fingers or I should say, just a thought away, whenever you need it. All you need to do is ask and expect the answer to come to you effortlessly. You pay attention more to what's going on around you.

Benefit #7 - Meditation transforms you

You are more energized, you feel more alive. You live life on purpose, have a direction. You impact others with your presence. You become into alignment with the flow of abundance and set your focus on good.

Meditation - Do This Once A Day And Get All The Energy You Need (My Favourite Strategy)

Daily meditation moves you from surface to connecting to the heart of the universal Spirit. When all your experiences come from your external environment, you deplete your vital life-force.

Energies from other people - whether positive or negative - are constantly connecting with your own and many of them often drain you. If you are already in a low vibration, meaning that you are focused on worry because of the economy or your personal challenges, you begin to send off that vibration and attract this same type of energy to you.

It's imperative then that you add meditation to your daily routine so you can raise your energy vibration, become energized and be ready to face each day with renewed vigour.

#1. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Do this preferably first thing in the morning. It will set your mind and day in the right direction. Give yourself enough time so you don't feel that you need to be checking the time every minute to make sure you're not late for work or appointments.

#2. Let go of your mental chatter. If you remember something important that you need to do, just write it down on your 'To Do' list so you can refocus your mind.

#3. Relax your body. Let go of the tension in your body. Feel your muscles go into relaxation mode.

#4. Turn your attention to the center of your inner being. You may see the deep void within you.

Find your inner flame. Feel the warmth inside of you. If this is the first time that you're doing this type of meditation then you'd need to pay close attention to where your 'warm spot' is located.

#5. Once you feel the warmth inside of you - what I call the flame of Unconditional Love - allow it to grow inside of you, become bigger and fill your inner being.

#6. Use visualization to see this flame expanding and illuminating your inner being.

#7. Feel the energy of the Spirit as it radiates inside of you and flows through your body.

Again, use visualization to strengthen this energy flow.

#8. You can also direct this energy flow into a particular area of your body; if you are feeling drained, feel your body becoming energized. As you focus on the energy flow you can feel the intensity of it as it grows.

#9. Continue to allow this energy to fill and satisfy you inside. Bask in the rays of Unconditional Love as you would the rays of the sun on a warm summer day.

Repeat this exercise throughout the day as you feel yourself becoming flustered or drained. Spend a few minutes connecting and tapping into your energy Source.
